El Cabrito — Restaurant in Vinita

This place completely caught me off guard. It's not much to look at from the outside, it located in Vinita, OK. Off the main road next to a car dealership. And it was Amazing!!! Simply put, it was the best Salsa, made in house daily, I have ever had. The Guacamole, made in house, was the best I have ever had. It was a lil too smooth in texture, for me. Tried it for the first time for dinner as the wife and I were starving and new to the area. We sat down, got our food and then bam........ flies. We were trying to eat with one hand and swatting flies with the other. Needless to say we were almost then the wife got a slight smell coming from one of the waitresses. We recently discovered this little Gem located next to the Ford Dealership on the south end of Vinita on hwy. 66. She said they had been there for 7 years. We are not locals. The restaurant is clean with Mexican decor. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. However, they weren't too busy. It was about 1pm on Sat. Also, several specials.
