Chanello's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I ordered the large 1 topping special they have for carry out. So i ordered a pepperoni pizza and paid for an additional topping of pineapple. Which is like 2 or 3 bucks extra for the pineapple. Also ordered it well done. Well... barely any pineapple on it maybe like 1 or 2 pieces per slice, one slice didn't even have any pineapple on it. Also my pizza wasn't well done. Very disappointing. There's to many options for pizza to not get what you actually order and pay for!! Just remember to open the box and check your pizza before you leave the building!!! I will not make that mistake...

This is our 4th attempt to order from Chanellos. The first time that I ordered a pizza, their register was down, and I patiently waited about 10 or 15 minutes until they decided to just give me my pizza for free. We have tried a few after that to order pizza through their app, which is not operational. We proceeded to call them to order pizza tonight, explaining their app was down, and the guy randomly started ignoring us to talk to his coworkers in the background. Confused, we hung up and we are now at Aldi to get a frozen pizza to...

This was the worse experience. Upon entering the older lady working was on her cellphone and all I needed to do was sign, I waited patiently for 5 minutes but she still wasn’t finished she then had a child with her and let him go in the back of the store and followed him. Then an older man then came and gave me my order. I ordered garlic knots as I went to bite one it was cold I looked and it was raw dough, I then checked them all and they were ALL RAW. I also ordered some wings mild flavor and she gave me general Tao. Honestly so...
