I tried this place for the second time yesterday and won’t be back. There are so many places with better food and service. I ordered a 25 pack of chicken lumpia and a medium pancit. The clerk told me that the kitchen closed at 430 so I can’t get pancit, but he would get the lumpia. I said ok and then looked at the clock after ordering and noticed that it had just turned 430 after being there for over 5 minutes. When I got the lumpia, I was given vegetable lumpia. I told the clerk I asked for chicken and then the craziness started. After they messed up the order they said that they were going to just refund my money and I wouldn’t get any lumpia. After waiting five minutes I asked are you still going to give me my refund or am I getting lumpia? Skip forward another 20 minutes they finally gave me vegetable lumpia instead of chicken 2 minutes before closing. I waited around 35 minutes for 25 lumpia. This was the same lumpia that they tried to give me 20 minutes earlier. To see an older woman act so childish because she messed up an order amazes me and leaves me never...
Read moreVery expensive, very disappointing. We ordered lumpia, pancit, and a giant pepperoni roll. They forgot our pepperoni roll, then lectured that we should have ordered it ahead. We stated that we had.The young girl went in the back then came back out waving our hand written order (with it on there) and smugly apologized. The pancit was a couple pounds of rice noodles with a little cabbage and onion thrown on the top. This was to be a celebration on Christmas eve. Instead, I spent the evening thawing and frantically putting together a meal to celebrate this holy occasion. Glory's used to be our family's favorite. Mom would proudly unveil a tray of hand rolled lumpiaon Christmas eve every year for over a decade until she passed. This year I thought why not order more and take a break from this lockdown year of cooking. It just...
Read moreBeen coming here since I remember they were at the Cypress Point shopping center in the 90s. One thing I always get is the pizza bread. It's the best thing I ever ate but of recent they've been putting less and less into it. Also for the longest time tried to trick into buying the 20oz cokes in those 16.5 oz bottles. They should be renamed El Cheapo's Bakery cause that's what they did with their pizza bread menu. I just ate it and it was the most foul thing ever that left a sour taste in my mouth for hours and it has no cheese, no pepperoni, and nearly a solid chunk of bread. This is about the 4th time it happened just this year. Not sure what is going on but they really need to investigate what they're putting...
