Hardee’s — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 2 SINGLE bacon cheeseburger meals medium sized. GOT CHARGED for a double bacon cheeseburger meal. It took over 30 minutes for my order and that was with waiting 20 minutes before I received it the first time. Upon going in to correct my order as they gave me the wrong burgers (they gave me 2 double cheeseburgers) they told me that was the correct order. I showed them it was not and it took them another 10-15 to correct that order. I assumed it would be correct as they told me it would be. Instead I got YET ANOTHER BATCH of double cheeseburgers only this time with bacon. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I will never again be returning as I spent nearly $20 for food that isn't even what I ordered. I wasted money. I'm extremely upset as it isn't a difficult order to get right. I've worked in the food industry for many years and understand mistakes happen, but this is insanity. A doordasher who was there while I was ALSO received the wrong order and they said he received my order. They couldn't seem to communicate enough to each other to understand who needed what. Very unprofessional and like I was a bother to even be inside the establishment. overall a 0/10 experience and am very upset with how the whole situation...

Absolutely horrible experience. I'm the only person there at 2:30 or so, one of the employees stepped out and rolled their eyes that I'm coming up as the first customer, so they put a cigarette out with their fingertips, huffed really loud, never went to wash their hands when they went in. When I had asked to have my burger replaced because it wasn't double patties (total tax was insanely high at this location, btw), same employee walks up before making the new burger, points at the old one with this annoyed look and when I say I'd rather keep it for my dog and I already ate some of it, he reaches further and I hand it to them. They quickly turned into the kitchen, threw the burger into the bin as hard as possible. The new one was hardly an improvement. Fries were chewy, half stale, like old crinkle frozen fries. No air conditioning, and half the reason I went in was to relax and cool off. I felt the opposite. The rancid old oil smell and trash all over the soda area (without any condiments or napkins) that already was offensive enough. There were also flies and gnats, because why not add insult to injury?

Don't bother wasting any money here. The food, the atmosphere, the bathrooms, the staff, the temperature, all...

My coworker and I went here for lunch. We didn't have much time so we went in the drive through. What a disaster. Keep in mind both of us ordered numbered meals with large size fries and large size drinks. One with diet coke no ice and the other large dr pepper..I should also mention they were not busy..The lady inside taking our order was obviously distracted or something. My coworker gave her order first. The lady repeated it back and it was all wrong. So my coworker once again told her the order. Inside lady had one part out of 3 parts right. It took 4 times before the lady repeated it back correctly. Then came my order. Same thing happened. It took multiple times for this lady to get it right. We finally get around to pay and collect our food. And everything handed to us was wrong. Wrong drinks/wrong sizes. Wrong sides for the meals. Wrong sizes for the sides. And the food was cold. It was a disaster from jump street. I normally love hardee's but this one? This one needs some more work. Needs more training or something. I'm sorry to say this yet, I probably will not go back to...
