Hardee’s — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I would give this place zero stars if I was able to.

Pros: 404 pros of this Hardee's not found. :|

Cons: waited about 15 minutes for someone to say anything to me even tho I was standing at the front watching workers walk buy as they fix other orders and stare at me.

Finally someone said "be with you in a minute" I was helped 5 minutes later. I Asked for a number 5. Waiting about ten more minutes to get my food. He asked me what dipping sauce I wanted even tho what I ordered doesn't require sauce cause it was a burger. At this point I know my order is probably wrong but I had been waiting so long to have my order taken and to get my food I didn't care, I just wanted to leave this place as fast as I can and never return. (Also Was never asked if it was for here or to go. I wanted to eat there, but ya know they put my order in a bag anyway.....

I get to my car look in the bag and yeap! they gave me chicken strips in a burger box even tho I ordered a burger... but I guess good help is hard to find now days. I don't remember it being that hard when I worked in fast food...

So wrap up for this review if you happen to read it. You may come here and have a great time, or you may come here and wait half an hour to be givin the wrong thing. Hopefully the owner will get better staff...

I Pulled up in the drive thru and the lady taking my order was not rude, but spoke 8n a tone as if she was being inconvenienced by my ordering. Not sure why as I was the only car in the drive thru and there was only one other car in the parking lot so at most there were 2 customers including me assuming that the car didn't belong to an employee of Hardee's. I could understand if she was busy with other customers. She takes my order and told me to pull around for my total.

I pull up to the window and there are 3 employees having a conversation next to the window and they didn't acknowledge me until my order came up. I paid and the young lady handed me my food. I said thank you and she closed the window without saying your welcome, have a nice day, come again or anything at all.

Then I reach in the bag before leaving the parking lot and grab my burger. It was a California style double cheeseburger and the meat patties were cold and obviously had been sitting around a while before they assembled it. I know this because the 2 slices of cheese on it were also ice cold and had no signs of melting as you would see if you put cheese on a warm beef patty.

This Hardee's has only been here for a couple of years. Sad to see they have completely given up on the food and customer...

Do not go here if you want a fresh breakfast. The person behind the counter was very crabby, zero personality.

Sorry for being polite and our order was an inconvenience to you. Even though having worked in this industry for 20 plus years I always treat others with kindness and respect.

Food was cold, meat looked discolored on the breakfast Frisco sandwich....like greenish brown. Yummmy.....right?! Lol

We threw everything away....btw. What a waste of money.

Food tasted like someone didn't wash their hands meaning full of odd tastes and had a weird smell. Cold hasbrowns, flat soda, again everything cold.The worst Hardee's I have ever had.

No worries we love throwing money in the garbage while these pathetic food chains that used to be good and fresh clearly now could care less. Considering everything is so cheap now adays j/k, but sometimes you just want a good old quick breakfast from a place that used to serve fresh food.

Hahaha...not anymore.

This was the only fast food chain I used to trust but now officially we will never eat at another Hardee's or fast food in general. Apparently they are doing what all the other chains do, serve fake who knows what kind of meat, cold food, and terrible service with insane prices.
