We placed a large order through the App for pick up and paid. We got to the location to pick up our order to first find out they didn't have any of the drinks we ordered except 1 because they were all out. OK so we adapted and changed our drinks, no big deal. The employees were all hiding by the drive thru gabbing but we grabbed our bag and drinks that we made and left to go home. Once home we started to pull everything out to distribute, to find we were missing a lot of our order. I then called to explain and I was rudely told that she needed a phone number to have the manager call us back. Once number was given she hung up on me. My husband called back about 10 minutes later and spoke with the so called manager whom in turned was also rude, telling us that she is looking at a receipt for an order that was not ours. We explained that we have the receipt that was emailed thru the app and that we could show her what we claim is true but she refused to hear it and told my husband that he had to request refund through the App and hung up on him. My husband is on the phone with Corporate now. It does seem that they are having a communication problem between the App and their system. Corporate is handling the situation thank God but until the management and staff get replaced at this location, I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from the South Plaza and Holland Rd location. Read moreIt was BEDLAM. We walked in, the entire restaurant was in complete squaller. Every garbage can was full. I was watching people in the kitchen, leaving the food station, with their gloves on, touching the drive-thru window and the counter, not changing their gloves, and going right back to folding someone's burrito. They were cussing and using very very racial remarks and graphic expletives, cursing and swearing like sailors Infront of children in the lobby. I was called derogatory names by management unnecessarily. I ordered a simple nachos bell grande, there were no orders before mine, there were FIVE employees aimlessly standing around, and it took FIFTEEN MINUTES for someone to make it. No, they were not tending to the drive thru either. I was told that the drive-thru was closed for the night, and that they were no longer taking drive-thru orders past 9:00 p.m., and we had to come into the restaurant. Which is funny, because they told us that they close the restaurant at 1am but the door says different. District really needs to get in there. And a taco bell worker who was substituting from the other Holland, at this location, called me a "nappy headed ho". Like, seriously??? I WILL be contacting corporate about this location. Good...
Read moreSteer clear of this location unless you like getting your order wrong, getting ripped off, piss-poor customer service, and confrontation. I ordered a fairly large order, 18 items, to go. When I got home there were only 14 items in the bag. We called the store back and spoke to the supposed manager on duty, Jessica, in order to rectify the situation. Instead of asking us what we were missing, she assured us that everything was in the bag because she personally packed it. She went on to insinuate that we were just trying to get something for free. When we repeated to her that we only had 14 items in the bag, she again refuted our claim and, again, said that she personally packed all the items ordered and that they were in the bag. This seemed to be the only thing she could say, as this went on back and forth for several minutes. She refused to give the name of her boss, and she even refused to give us the 1-800 number customer service line. She clearly did not care about making the situation right and didn't seem to care when we told her we would be contacting upper management.
