I had a catering order from here for my daughters graduation party, i believe the girl that handles the catering is the daughter of the owners which is very sad because she is the worst of them all I actually never had anyone in that establishment act the way this young lady did , since the first time i called her attitude was like i was bothering her, and she had no time for me , the questions that i had she was bothered by them, in addition to being so rude and nasty to me she changed me for straws and plates when i was buying a 300 catering service , and she made sure to tell me that was nothing for here business she said my order was so little that she put it in the back back of her list that she didnt think twice about my catering she said it just like that " lady we are use to thousands dollars orders not like yours come one" very nasty little girl, not professional at all, It made me feel like she is the daughters owner so her head was floating in the air gassed up that she was something special, never again ordering from this place , the portion were so small my poor mother had to scramble same day to go make food for the party because 300 just got me two little containers from this establishment just horrible , yawl please look somewhere else before coming to this place at least to the catering side, i had dinner here plenty of times and i had a diff experience of coarse that little girl was not part of it, thank GOD , i love luigie the bartender is the most amazin person in that building love him . just be careful...
Read moreMy family doesn't come here too often, but came tonight because the restaurant advertised a paranda starting at 7pm. We arrived around 7:10pm and the stage space was empty with the regular restaurant music playing, but we didn't think anything of it. It was super packed, but it came as no surprise to us as the paranda was supposed to start at anytime. We figured service would probably be slower because of this but didn't anticipate there being 30-45 minutes at a time before our server would appear. Food came out at a decent time (maybe around 20 minutes after ordering) but that was after previously waiting a longer time for drinks, then waiting around 40 minutes to be able to flag down our waitress for water refills, and later on it took over 30 minutes to get our change from paying for the bill. The irony in the slow service on account of the paranda was that the paranda hadn't even started by the time we left at 9:30pm (2.5 hrs after advertised time of it starting. There was a musician outside on a smoke break after carrying some of their things in, but by the time we left, nothing happened beyond the regular restaurant music playing. A few other tables in our section left as well because of the same frustrations. If they'd advertised the paranda not starting until 10pm (or whenever it did start after we left) that would've been fine, we'd have just gone at 10. But to advertise 7pm and 2.5 hours later it hadn't started still is ridiculous, especially considering the poor service as well. It was definitely our last time...
