My girlfriend and I placed an order online last night around 11:00 p.m. store doesn’t close until 1:00 a.m. got there the lights where on doors locked so I guess they closed early. I called another location they said they would try to get in touch with them and the store shouldn’t be closed and they’ve been having issues with stores closing early. Next day I call the store again no answer. So I called the other location spoke with another supervisor he said they should be open and he got in contact with the supervisor of the location. I call back she finally picks up and has a whole attitude. I simply just told her I wanted a refund because her store was closed when we came to pickup last night I didn’t even give her any issues nothing I promise. This lady starts going on and on about how I should’nt of been able to order boneless wings why did I order them I said ma’am I’m not calling about that I’m calling to be refunded for my order that I never received simple. Mind you she was looking at the wrong order she was looking at an old order that had boneless wings. This lady told me I was getting hyphy with her and tells me she’s not refunding me that Pizza Hut stopped doing refunds and she can do a credit or remake. Huh?! that’s when I said ok no I don’t want the food any longer why would I want to come back to this location and have to deal with you and the store possibly being closed early. She continued to want to argue so I recorded her and I will be sending it to cooperate. She hung up on me after she continued to blame me for her store being closed almost 2 hours before close I can’t make this up. The recording will be posted on social media because I have not received a call back from any district manager nothing. Please go inside when placing your order here cause they may be closed and you won’t get your money back. People like her shouldn’t be placed in a position of power at all but I’m sure she does this all the time and gets away with it because she was way too comfortable arguing and then hanging up on me. The manager her is a very miserable angry women and shouldn’t be working with anyone’s food with that bad energy. Next time just close your online ordering system down so customers don’t spend their money on food they won’t receive and then have no choice but to get a remake it’s really diabolical. Now I have to wait for the charge to stop pending to file a claim...
Read moreI am not Cheyenne. I am a recent employee of this location. Warning: You don't want to work here. Half of management is rude, demeaning, and unappreciative of hard work. The other half acts friendly and at first will pretend to treat your needs and concerns fairly, but will turn on you the moment you continue to bring up such a valid concern with the way things are being done in the work environment. Also, there are sanitation issues here. High school cooks are constantly touching their phones, wax pens, etc. without washing their hands before returning to making the food. Sometimes the green peppers and tomatoes are especially mushy and don't seem usable, but employees are instructed to use them. Visits from higher management have indicated many of the procedures followed at this location are not the company standard. With a certain staff member, if you try to call in an order during the last 15 minutes to closing time, you will possibly be intentionally ignored. I was told that I was reliable cook and that it has been a while since they had any reliable cooks, but when I tried to bring up concerns about the nastier side of management who seemed to be doing their best to break me down and and reduce my enthusiasm to work there, I was treated like I don't matter enough. They wonder why they can't keep reliable cooks around. The store is below the national average for the company by the way. I concur with anyone who is recommending that you try the next closest location, though I can't speak to their merits or flaws. All in all, this place is not run well, so it comes as no surprise that this store is rated so low by locals and by the company itself. I quickly became an important part of the team that was depended upon to perform many closing tasks every time I worked, and quickly was pushed out by an overly nasty manager, and a pair of insensitive and apathetic ones. There are more issues, but this is all I can bear to type right now, I have panic disorder and working here definitely hasn't helped thanks to the efforts of one person specifically, and the carelessness of others. I hope some of you appreciate the honesty that I am providing you, granted that it is out of...
Read moreI went to Pizza Hut today for the $2 personal pan pizza deal. I had NO IDEA how badly Pizza Huts were overwhelmed with these orders. Had I known, I would not have added to the chaos by placing an order of my own- I'm so sorry! That being said, I cannot say enough good things about the people working at this location today. There were customers constantly showing up, orders coming in, phones ringing, etc., yet the two women working up front- though visibly stressed- remained calm, cool, and collected. Even more so, they were nothing but respectful and kind to the waiting customers and had a ready smile for everyone. I also want to shout out the young man in the back making pizzas. I have no idea how he was able to keep up, yet somehow he did. He was also the one who brought my order out when it was ready and handed it to me with a smile on his face. On top of all that, the pizza was delicious and ready in a timely manner, despite all the craziness. Truly- to each employee I saw there today- THANK YOU! Y'all are amazing, and I appreciate...
