I usually come here and they give me military discount. But tonight when I show my military ID, I gave her my money. When I got my receipt. I noticed that she didn’t give me the military discount. I asked the cashier politely if they don’t give military discount anymore. She said with a slight attitude we do but I don’t have to give you military discount. So I ask her for the manager. I told the manager that I am a regular to this store and I always get military discount. She said I don’t have to give you military discount with a slight attitude again, so I said OK I will never come here again. I drove off, when I looked at my food. I’m missing my fries, but I was upset and didn’t want to deal with them because I felt the unwelcoming atmosphere from both of them . They might just be having a bad day so take it out on the veterans! I just wanna let people know That the store has gone downhill because people have unwelcoming attitudes towards customers. I will notify all my military and veteran friends to steer clearly away from this selective discriminatory KFC. Read moreWorst KFC ever. I remember not liking KFC anyway but one fine night I decided I am craving for fried chicken and decided to go to this KFC for a bucket. I preordered from the app for drive-thru pickup. I pull up at the pickup window and they say that they will need 35mins to make my order. It was 10pm and I didn’t want to wait that long. It was a $15 order so I said can you just give me whatever you have? Like nuggets or anything? They refused and said we can’t change orders and can’t give you anything. And asked me to cancel my order on the app. I was like ‘why can’t you cancel it’? Their response was ‘we can’t’ and gave me a number to call. I was like WTH! I mean first of all, at 10pm, you can’t feed someone who is hungry with some food? I was sooo surprised with the incompetence. If they didn’t have my food available.. they should’ve just called me to let me know. I placed an order at 9:30 and got there at 10pm to pickup. They didn’t get it ready and at 10pm told me that they will need 30mins to get it ready. What were you doing after you received my order? Today, I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences at the KFC drive-thru. From the moment we tried to place our order, the cashier’s tone was dismissive and unwelcoming—like she didn’t want to be there at all. Her attitude was unprofessional and her customer service was nonexistent.
We asked for the price of a two-piece meal, and instead of answering, she told us to drive around. I couldn’t see the menu clearly, so I asked again for the price. Her response was laced with attitude and frustration, making it clear she had no interest in helping us. I work in hospitality myself, and I know firsthand that this is not how a company should represent its brand.
The cashier was an African American woman with blonde hair—I didn’t catch her name, but her behavior left a lasting impression. I ended up leaving without placing an order and took my business elsewhere. I refuse to support an establishment that tolerates such poor treatment of customers.
