Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

We ordered the pizza with no marinara sauce on top and extra cheese we didn't know we had to specify hot or cold but nevertheless it was cold no cheese gobs and marinara sauce all over the top of it a manager refused to fix it change it or give us some money back needless to say we didn't have dinner last night I'll never eat there again anybody who has any good common sense will never eat there. he needs to be fired the way he treated us and talk to us is unacceptable he's not manager material. The customer is always right everywhere exept NOT at Pizza Hut on Indian River road in Chesapeake.... This dude is a horrible manager I never in my life been refused to exchange the pizza or simply make it the way I order it until last night and I'm 60 years old I asked for them to make the way I ordered it he said no mamma that's the way it comes you have no choice about the sauce.... Well if it's a frozen pizza i could understand that but to my knowledge Pizza Hut makes every pizza fresh the way I order it but evidently not so at Pizza Hut on Indian River road in Chesapeake Virginia never again will I give $23 away to Pizza Hut not one...

I've been calling this restaurant and trying to get in contact with the corporate office about this restaurant for 2 weeks! Galvin is so unprofessional! After I ordered online. I get to the restaurant and he acts as if my order never came through. Then says oh I found it but one of the items you ordered we don't have the ingredients for it. So I asked for the other melt.. which was Buffalo chicken. I waited over 20 minutes after he parked me after 9 pm before I started calling to see what's the wait or cancel my order. They didn't answer! I could see in the restaurant that they was just standing around but no one answered my call. So after about another 10 15 mins Galvin finally comes out brings both orders I get home to receive a onion melt!!! No chicken no Buffalo chicken!! On 3/11/22 i sad in the drive thru line for approximately 23 minutes before i called the phone line to let personnel know that they had customers waiting in their drive thru line. I watched the white lady with pink hair pick the phone up, proceed to tell me to hold before i could get a word in. I then called back 3 additional times as i watch her repeat the steps from the drive thru line. This Caucasian lady with PINK HAIR WITH FACIAL PIERCINGS originally took my order via phone then attempted to convince me that i must’ve ordered at a different location. I simply hit the redial button to prove that i called now 40 min prior to me arriving. She then raised an attitude after calling me names. As a customer i is personally feel offended.
