Stopped in today for the 1st time a little after lunch and was disappointed with my order. First I asked for 3 piece fried chicken with Coleslaw and hush puppies. They didn’t have breast so according to Kaley who was completely rude to the point I thought about just leaving. But I wanted to give them a chance despite the person taking orders. What I got was completely different from what I ordered which should have been fried leg, thigh and wing. I got completely old, dried out wings and 1 leg that tasted like it had been cooked a couple days before. It ended up in the trash. The coleslaw had a nice taste but had huge chunks of cabbage. Hush puppies were ok. I also got a bbq sandwich with coleslaw. Being from NC it had a nice flavor with the vinegar base. I gave them 1 star:( and don’t plan on going back ever again. So apparently instead of having common decency, the lady at the front refuses to let a 3 year old use their bathroom. If you can't be a decent person then you don't understand how to provide decent customer service. If you lack that in a restaurant business, you loose potential customers. Especially when you're in a world where social media could be your down fall. Thanks for your poor choice in how to treat another person. The basics of being a good person is always treating others the way you would like to be treated. I have zero interest in a business if you can't understand that a 3 year old has to use the bathroom and may not have the ability, as an adult would have, to hold it. I've never been to this place and I don't care how good or bad the food is, on that principle alone leaves a disgusting taste in my mouth and you won't ever have...

1st time here..wanted a BBQ sandwich with coleslaw and hot sauce..cashier was nice and told me if I got the meal I'd get 2sides. I assumed a BBQ sandwich and 2 sides..what I got was a small dinner roll..BBQ on plate and 2 little cups of coleslaw&my 2 sides. Where was the bun?if it wasn't going to be a sandwich let me know.
