5/11/2020 I was out in VB, had to drop some things off for the parents and then run another errand close by and decided to grab a bite to eat. I asked Mom if she was interested in running over to Rally's and before you knew it we were on our way. BTW this was mid-March just before current events. It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon so we elected to do the walk-up window and then sit at one of their outside tables. There was one person in front of us but it didn't take long at all to put our order in. Mom grabbed one of the tables on the side of the building while I waited for the meal finished and bagged up. I don't think it took more than 5-6 minutes to get the food and then I joined Mom. I had a Baconzilla for lunch and large fry while mom had a regular burger and small fry. I noticed right away that my burger didn't look like it did in the photo on the menu. It was stacked different, but all the pieces were there, and it quite tasty. Rally's breaded fry's or Zesty Fries as they were called back in the day were always my favorite reason for coming here, however they're not the same as they used to be either. They're still breaded, they're still good, but they just aren't they way their were when Rally's came into the area in the early 90's. All in all, a solid meal that definitely hit the spot. Service was good, the outdoor dining area was clean. Food quality was good as well. Solid 3 out of 5 stars. ------------------ 11/22/2017 This is the new Rally's on Independence Blvd at the intersection with Pleasure House Rd. It opened over the summer and I finally had a chance to stop by after visiting the parents. Since I wasn't in a rush I decided to park and use the walk-up window. When I got the the window there was a person standing there waiting for his food. I waited... and waited... Eventually a lady came to the window and I ordered a combo, I don't even remember what it was called. Basically a cheeseburger with some bacon on it and a large fry. Then I waited some more. Eventually the man waiting before me got his food and a few minutes later I did to. I took my meal to one of the picnic tables along the side of the building and sat down. The fries were good, though I can't believe this little container is a large fry, and tasted exactly as I remembered them. The burger though was uninspired, flat and just kinda slopped together. Nothing special that's for sure. Was it bad, no.. Was it worth coming back for, also a no... I did enjoy the fries, but they've always been Rally's calling card in the first place. All in all, right down the middle on this review.

I love Rally's food. The burgers are very delicious always hot and fresh made the order. The fries are so delicious good flavor. definitely a good place to stop and get some good food. Been eating Rally's sense I was a kid there's not too many in the area but this is a new location and I've had great service each time I've been here staff is been friendly can get a little crowded but everybody likes Rally's and there's not too many so a little crowd is well worth the food. keep up the great work will definitely keep coming to this location. Keep up the great work if you're looking for some good food make sure to swing by and give it a try if you've never had it

My favorite fast food, everything is freshly cooked all the time, the automated ordering system by the drive through is amazing and precise, the best part is they ice cream machine is always available! not like the other competitor. I will be missing this incredible fast food restaurant when we move out of state per Uncle Sam. Hopefully there will be either Rallys or Checkers in Rhode Island in the future. 🙌

The General Manager at this location is very unprofessional, disrespectful and has no costumer service skills. My and my friends decide on Rally's for lunch Today. Because our location is close to this store I walked to the restaurant. Upon arrival to the restaurant I was politely greeted by the employee working the drive thru window. The General Manager comes to the walk up window and asked what I would like to order. I order a Glo Bag for one of my friends. The General Manager then asked what type of drink for the meal. I explained to her that my friend told me the meal doesn't come with a drink, so I didn't know what he would like to have with his meal. At this point the General Manager begins to name the types of sodas the store had. This point she began to talk more aggressively to me. So I just said give me a Sprint. I then ordered a medium fry for my other friend. I inquired about what came on the sandwich for the number 5 combo. I told her I would like that meal asked for no chesse and no ketchup. I then asked did Mayonnaise come on the sandwich and the General Manager replied was "I said it comes with Mayonnaise". At this point I told her I didn't not want a drink. Again with an attitude she says "So you just want the sandwich and a fry. I paid for my food and received my order from the employee that greeted me politely and respectfully when I first walked up to the ordering window.

I walked back to my original location, gave my friends their food and sat down to eat my food. I opened my sandwich and to my displeasure I see chesse was on my sandwich. So I walk back to the restaurant to complain. The General Manager came to the window and I informed her that "I need my sandwich made over and that i also needed fresh fries. Her reply was "You can asked for your food to be remade" at which point I informed her that i asked the first time when I placed my order. To which she replied "Did you pay with cash or card. After looking on the register without giving me a chance to reply Oh I see you pay with cash. Give the the $3.20 change back and I will give you your $20 back. At that point I asked for her name and the General manager name. This is when i realized that i was dealing with the General Manager this whole time. I then asked for the corporate manager number and was told that the store was not a Franchise. Unpon doing research i find out that this store is actually part of a Franchise. This is far from how a costumer should be treated when dealing with a Costumer Service worker. The professionalism of the costumer service that was displayed today makes me wonder if the General Managers working for this Franchise have even received proper training for the job they are...

The worst experience at Rallys I've ever had. We came around 9pm on a Tuesday night. Asked for a sundae and we were told they have no ice cream. We asked, Milkshakes? They said no. None. Then ordered 2 $4 meals, upsized to medium. Then they told us well we do have vanilla and banana shakes. Ok, banana please. Pull up, the total was $17. For 2 $4 meals and 1 $4 shake. 4+4+4=12, so it costs $2 to upsize? Get to the window, get handed two SMALL drinks and asked to pull forward. She fixed the drinks, okay, thanks for giving us what we asked and paid for!!! Sat and waited about 10 minutes only for the guy to bring HALF our order. We were missing the shake, the apple pies. So we go back around. Tell them what's missing, okay, pull forward AGAIN and wait another 10 min for them to only give us one apple pie and a melted milkshake.. at that point I gave up and said I don't have time for this. So we left, tried to call the next day to express how bad the experience was and couldn't even get anyone the phone...
