Subway — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I’ve ordered from this Subway location twice before with no issues, but unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order last night for two sandwiches and a cookie. When my husband brought the order home, I noticed the cookie was missing, the sandwiches were not made properly, and the side of sauce we requested was also left out.

Additionally, I had included specific instructions in the order notes, which were completely ignored. It’s frustrating to take the time to add notes only for them to be disregarded. I tried calling the location multiple times both last night and this morning, and no one answered the phone.

I’m really disappointed in this experience and hope this feedback encourages better attention to detail and customer service...

I haven't been to a Subway in years but I always remembered liking the herb and cheese bread and this special chiptole sauce, I like to go to Firehouse Subs or Jersey Mike's now but it was close to work and I was given a giftcard so decided to go. The owner was very nice but the food was horrible, I threw out the 2nd half of my sandwich. The spinach leaves and onions looked like they had been sitting for days in the container and the bread didn't taste the way I remember, it had no flavor and almost seemed old too because it was so tough. I was told the southwest sauce was the same but it was a completely different flavor and ruined the sub for me. I definitely won't be returning and will stick to what is always good and fresh at other sub shops. Ingredients weren't...

New management is AWFUL. Food was decent prior to them, but is now just revolting. The new owners are nice, but like another comment do not smell like they bathe...at all. They don't speak great English either and if they don't understand what you are ordering, they just tell you it's no longer available.......even if it's advertised on their window! The presentation of ingredients is not appetizing AT ALL, let alone they don't look remotely fresh. DON'T GO! Yuck!

Also......just noticed that 2 of the more recent good reviews were made by the new owners!!

Just walked by this location and see it is CLOSED an hour past their posted open sign. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! Needs new owners,...
