My husband and I arrived at Taco Bell at 11:05 pm. Sat in line for approximately 30 min, ordering our food at 11:30. While ordering food, the sweet man taking our order (Grant) cut my husband off in the middle of our order like 4 times. Ok I get it. You've been busy tonight. I work in the restaurant industry so I know it can be frustrating, but getting an attitude and cutting people off asking "is that everything" after every single thing he said (probably why it took so long for everyone to order).We wait between ordering and reaching the window 15 more minutes. When we get up there my husband asks if the gentleman at the window was the same man he ordered with. He said yes. I asked what his name was he said Grant. We did in fact let him know he was being kind of rude and he should try to be more polite. Then he called us pot heads and said that's why it was so busy and that's why it was taking so long. I get it, it's April 20th (haha real funny joke NOT) I am not a pot head and I don't appreciate being called names. He came back to the window and started laughing and said we're out of beef. Guess it was funny since we ordered a few things with beef on it. My husband then asks him why that is funny and he said so do you what chicken or what. The entire experience was rediculouse. Read moreThe particular Taco Bell on Holland road I went to was wonderful. The staff was kind of courteous and the food was made properly and to my liking as it was ordered. The one star is because the app has misled me more times than I care to remember and I'm tired of overlooking it. it's not because I'm kind to Taco Bell but I overlooked this issue it's because the reason you use the app is you're in a hurry and you don't have time to mess with the problem. it keeps sending me notifications that something is buy one get one free and for some reason when I order that something I do not get it buy one get one free. My latest example is yesterday, the Saturday before Easter, I got a notification for buy one get one free Quasachulupas. (Incorrectly spelled I'm sure) I touched on the deal. The case it's really popped up. I swapped beef for steak and also added a large Pepsi. I'm sure you already see where this is going I didn't get the second case actually for free. I would have been less dissatisfied if I had only gotten credit for a basic Quasachulupa. I know I'm repeating myself, but I've had the same problem several times, with several different items. Items I always do the same way. I don't eat the beef so I always substitute out for steak or chicken. Read moreIt was BEDLAM. We walked in, the entire restaurant was in complete squaller. Every garbage can was full. I was watching people in the kitchen, leaving the food station, with their gloves on, touching the drive-thru window and the counter, not changing their gloves, and going right back to folding someone's burrito. They were cussing and using very very racial remarks and graphic expletives, cursing and swearing like sailors Infront of children in the lobby. I was called derogatory names by management unnecessarily. I ordered a simple nachos bell grande, there were no orders before mine, there were FIVE employees aimlessly standing around, and it took FIFTEEN MINUTES for someone to make it. No, they were not tending to the drive thru either. I was told that the drive-thru was closed for the night, and that they were no longer taking drive-thru orders past 9:00 p.m., and we had to come into the restaurant. Which is funny, because they told us that they close the restaurant at 1am but the door says different. District really needs to get in there. And a taco bell worker who was substituting from the other Holland, at this location, called me a "nappy headed ho". Like, seriously??? I WILL be contacting corporate about this location....
