I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with the service at this establishment. I took my son here for lunch today, expecting a good experience. After one or two bites, he was not satisfied with the dish. He asked could he send it back and switch for something else or could a credit be offered because he did not want the food. The employee told him no to both requests and said he would have to pay for the nasty dish he did not like and pay for another dish, if ordered. It seems that some business owners do not understand the concept of customer service. I was once fond of this place, but as of today I will no longer patronize this restaurant. And if you are a vegetarian or vegan, there are some delicious options for you here! Try the orange tofu or ask for any of their regular dishes made with tofu instead of meat. Kung Pao tofu or Hunan tofu are both great choices.

The owners and delivery drivers are so nice, and my order is correct and tastes great every time. I love eating at the restaurant, too! You can't beat the hot tea, fresh crispy spring rolls, and hot delicious fresh food.

Weekday lunch service is fast and friendly, perfect for those who work nearby and have a one-hour lunch break.

The prices are fantastic and the portions are generous. The food quality is superb.

I found Hunan Garden not long after I moved to the area 11 years ago. The staff is extremely friendly, polite, and really know their food! I have eaten at very many Chinese restaurants over the years, but Hunan Garden is by far the best; not only do they have a wide selection, but the food is always freshly and expertly prepared and the flavor is outstanding. In no time at all they were able to recognize my voice no matter where I called from (no caller ID tricks here!), and they know my favorites! They even know my odd special requests - often before I even know I'm going to ask for them.
