Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia

I had placed an online order to expedite my time on the road. The two employees that I interacted with were actually very friendly. Unfortunately though, the people preparing the food have no regard for customers. I had customized my sandwiches and paid the surcharge for that. I decided to check them before I fully left only to find that none of my sandwiches had the customizations I had paid for. I immediately turned around and went back. I told the person about the mishap, he apologized and said they were redoing my sandwiches. I was instructed to wait at the door and they would bring my order out. Another employee brought out my food. She waited at my door and told me to check to make sure my food was correct this time. Much to her chagrin, my food was prepared even worse this time missing even more ingredients. She took the whole order back and and had them fix it. This time she was sure everything was good and went back inside. I checked just in case only to find that my order was still not correct. I don't understand why people who have no regard for customer service take up jobs that require it. I feel sorry for this location as there are a lot of bad reviews but they are rightfully deserved. Sorry to say, if these haphazard employees keep this up, they'll be out of a job real soon. With that said, if you don't care about your order being correct or if you like being surprised at every order this is the perfect location. I will most definitely not be frequenting this location...

only because 0 stars is not an option... the "ch'king"... yeah... you mean chicken tender on a bun thats too large-_-... and my "garlic and bacon king"... you can see my issue there. 0 garlic, and they didnt say anything about not even having it(if they did or didnt). the mozzarella sticks were old, like they could not have been made within 1 hour of ordering them, same with my onion rings. the people are really nice, but thats it... i almost feel sick after eating any of my food as well.

Edit: 3 months later… Still worthless, recommendation is to just avoid this location… ordered a large fry, kids meal 4 pc nugget, 9pc chicken fry, 4 pc nugget, small onion ring, and a whopper… The whopper, onion ring and kids meal fry were correct, no chicken fries(got more nuggets?) no lrg fry, the kids meal only had 3 nuggets… just… 0...

Rudest service ever. The person working the drive through tonight didn’t acknowledge me at all. After looking at him/her through the window for a while the person finally took my card and coupon without saying a word and giving me a nasty look. When my food was ready the person stood in the window with my food and would not make any effort to actually hand me my food. I had to open my car door hitting it against the side to reach into the window mysef and grab my food. All the whole this person is silent and giving me terrible looks.

I have no clue what I could have done to piss this person off. The person was AA bleached blond short hair cut, distinct eyebrows. I can’t comment on the food I was buying for my family and didn’t eat any of it but I know I will NEVER go here again. I felt so uncomfortable and it was a...
