South Beach House — Restaurant in Virginia

This was a very unusual bar. I stopped by as an out of town guest. This bar almost lives up to its name. It feels like a dive bar that should be on the beach. I don't know whether that's a compliment or not. I was there on a Saturday afternoon and the crowd was probably 30 to 40 year old patrons. It felt like all the losers from high school go to this bar. Lol

Other than the atmosphere I thought the bartenders were great. Our drinks came out quick. The service overall was very good.

I wouldn't bring someone here for a first date or for business purposes. I could see myself coming back here if I was a local and with one of my buddies. Some people don't mind dive bars and I'm one of them.

What can i say. It's a bar. I'll be honest, the bars in that area may just not be for me tbh. The music was literally SO LOUD, I couldn't hear the person I was with that was literally yelling at me. When I went to order a drink, there was a long wait, and not that they were busy, but the staff at 2 bars inside the establishment must have decided I was invisible, after returning to the side where the dj was to try again to order a drink, another long wait for no reason, and when I was served, it was like I was wasting their time. And to make it even worse, I'm not sure if the beer was skunked or I literally just had a bad taste in my mouth from the whole experience. I'm not one to make complaints on businesses, but I most definitely will never return. Best...

Just recently went to this place if you like the movie Road House then you will like this Bar. Management allows the some regulars to over consume alcohol / power drinking and when they insult and try to intimidate new patrons the bar rewards them by continuing to serve them more alcoholic beverages instead of cutting them off and removing them from the establishment. If you like trailer park trash and the whole Road House vibe then this is the place for you. Chesterfield should really consider sending an ABC agent or under cover officer to observe this establishment before it gets out of hand and someone gets hurt in the bar or some poor motorist gets in an accident from a over intoxicated patron that should have been cut off instead of making a dollar over...
