Welll....the lane that we had would not work properly. The pins wouldn't reset and we, me and my 3 other compadres, had to keep manually resetting the pins. Yes we did let the assistant know and he made it very clear that he wasn't responsible for the equipment and there was nothing that he could do. We paid for three games before we started. We decided there was no reason for a 2nd game with these kind of complications and went for a refund for the next 2 games that we had already paid in advance for. Read moreLooked up bowling alley on its website. Went to go and use the famly package that was advertised. Front desk employee explained the website was extremely out dated. Saw card that advertised free bowling for kids. Was having trouble so asked front desk for help, employee said they had no idea how to complete the registration. Shoes where extremely old. My heal was touching the rubber soul through the shoe. Men's restroom had horrible smell liked hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Took 35 mins to get food from food bar. Only 1 worker working on a weekend. This all took place at 1230. So they had only been open for 30 mins. Not smart. Need some help in the management area of...
Read morePosted time are wrong. Got there at 12 which was their advertised opening time according to google. The building has their times listed as opening at 1. We left and came back at 12:55, at which time an old man came up to the car to say “They hadn’t planned to open today” and that the employee had just gotten up and would be there in about 15 minutes. Once she got there they still wouldn’t let people in and said it would be another several minutes while they opened up. At this point it was 1:15 and I had hungry kids in the car. Overall a rather negative experience, I’m not sure what the management is doing here, but I’ll not be returning...
