Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia

First off, all food was cold for the past two weeks. Employees are lazy and extremely rude. Called corporate on a $13 bill and all she did was give a $10 dollar app coupon that can only be used through an online order. I do not like having my debit card info online and most people feel the same. I told the lady that, and she did nothing to compensate. She could've contacted the manager at the Burger King and had them issue a free meal. I could go on and on about this Burger King. But instead, my family and I have just chosen not to eat there anymore. My advice at this location, is don't eat there at all. But if you do and you have a problem, go inside and settle it there. Corporate will be no help to you( unless you are fluent in Arabic). There is a McDonald's right across the street from this location in Ruckersville, VA. Please go there so you will have good service...

Traditionally I have had no major issues with this Burger King location. The wait is a little long but that’s common with almost all BKs. Food is okay. Sometimes hot/sometimes not. Drive-through line is a bit of a headache, if it backs up it goes out into the road. There are two ordering lines but they never seem to use both at the same time. Today was probably my worse experience. After waiting in line upwards of 15min (during lunch rush) I pull up to the order point and see a sign notifying me that they were out of whoppers, chicken sandwiches, and a handful of other things because of the lack of shipping/order. I don’t know about the rest of people but whoppers and chicken sandwiches are pretty much all BK offers. It would have been nice had an employee been outside letting those in line know or at least had a larger sign so I would not have waited...

I had a bad experience with employees leaving the restaurant to smoke cigarettes and then come back in the restaurant to start back working without washing his hands. There is a little nappy head lady who makes sandwiches she has a nasty disposition with crack habit that has caused her to lose her job with you all by stealing out of the cash register and she still was able to work back with this company. I will not return back to this restaurant ever again and I live 2 minutes away I'll drive to Charlottesville VA first the service here sucks the employees has no dresss code they wear anything I guess as long as they have a shirt and hat it needs more professionalism.
