The lady in the drive thru was very friendly but the people on the inside- not so much. We ordered 5 breakfast sandwiches, 3 large hashbrowns and 2 drinks this morning. We got all the food but 2 of the sandwiches were missing the egg and cheese (they were only a slice of ham on a biscuit) so I went inside to ask them to fix it and the girl inside didn't greet me at all. I told her they were misisng egg and cheese so she turns around and tells the guy on the back line he forgot to put egg and cheese to these sandwiches and he can't believe he was wrong. He takes 30 seconds or so to recall my order to double check even tho i have my receipt in hand at the counter. So he slaps some egg and cheese on them instead of making us fresh sandwiches and actually put a hole in one of them cuz he pushed down so hard on the biscuit! I'm standing at the counter looking at my receipt and remembered we ordered drinks and wasn't sure if they gave them to us so I told them I'm going to go make sure we got out drinks before I go and the girl I first spoke with sees the manager coming up front so she decides to tell her I had a problem with my order. I explained it all to the manager and all she said was "They fix your sandwiches?" as she hands me 2 cups. No apologies or concern. And after having to come back inside to get our order fixed the hashbrowns were soggy, cold and unsalted so we threw out 90% of them. Will not be returning to this...

This is an update to my original review of a few years ago and is a significant downgrade from that review.
I stopped in for lunch while my car was undergoing state inspection at Valvoline next door.
The first thing I noticed when I walked into Burger King was all the trash and food scraps on many of the tables and the floor. It was obvious that many of the previous customers that day were slobs who couldn't be bothered to clear their table and throw their trash out in one of the many trash cans in the restaurant. What was even worse was that none of the staff seemed to be interested in cleaning things up either.
The second thing I noticed was the amount of yelling and arguing going on among staff members. There is no reason for that kind of behavior in front of customers.
The third thing was my burger appeared to be thrown together by a 6 year old. Toppings were falling out of the burger, the burger itself was squashed, and very unappealing looking. I know the food in fast food restaurants never looks like it does in tv commercials, but this was bad. Fortunately, the fries, sweet tea, and strawberry shake were good.
I suppose I could have complained on my way out, but I just wanted to get out of there. I don't think I will be going...

I normally don’t have an issue with this Burger King they’re normally fast and get my order correct. However there have been a couple times where they almost gave me the wrong food, and have almost forgotten my drink. Yesterday I came through the drive thru and hey took my order correctly, gave me the right drink but then gave me someone else’s order (a kids meal I might add) so I then had to spend my lunch break waiting for the right food to be made. Don’t get me wrong they did it very quickly but I also had to wait for the people at the drive thru window to stop chit chatting with their friends two cars in front of me. This morning I came through for breakfast and they messed up taking the order, asked for a meal, got just a sandwich, asked for a large drink, got a medium.
