WORST CHICK-FILA EVER!!! They put this Chick-fil-A right next to a hotel and three other hotels are in walking distance. Sounds like an awesome plan especially to customers. WRONG!! At 9 PM on Friday evening, they CLOSE the inside section. No Employee walking around outside, making people aware no Employee at the door and no sign on the door stating Inside section closes at 9 PM. So if you walk over from your hotel, you’re told that you have to walk through the drive-through By other customers that were unable to get in the restaurant. We walked through the parking lot of our hotel to get to the Chick-fil-A at 9:03PM. Needless to say, we were in the drive-through for 43 minutes before we even placed our order. And the line hadn’t even gotten long yet. Chick-fil-A prides itself on the food quality and service. And the SERVICE at this Chick-fil-A is an F rating. Sign on the door and on the website for Chick-fil-A says 6:30 AM to 10 PM Friday and Saturday. Other customers that attempted to get in the store informed us that we had to use the drive-through line. By the time they waited on us, there was at least 20+ cars in the line. I hope corporate goes to this location and gives a teaching to the staff and owner. Maybe they’ll make some improvements for their customers. And be warned if you’re staying at any hotel near this location apparently they also close at 9 PM Monday...
Read moreThe best fast food restaurant in Lexington. It's not even close. I've eaten at every single fast food place in and around Lexington over the years. McDonalds, Hardee's, Burger King, Arby's, KFC, and Taco Bell. None of the other fast food joints have the consistently good food, or service.
While others will occasionally put out a good meal, I've never had a bad meal at Chick-fil-A. It's also the only fast food joint where you see some of that old school customer service. ie: service with a smile, and pleasant disposition. The others routinely act like they are doing you a favor, and could care less about your dining experience.
My recent trip I ordered an 8ct nugget meal. I had more than 8 pieces in my box. They were perfect, and my waffle fries were hot, & fresh. Their soda is pretty good too. Not as crisp as McDonald's coke is, but a solid second in the fast food competition around Lexington.
I have zero reservations about eating here again, and again. So glad that Chick-fil-A decided to put a store in Lexington. I hope that their approach to customer service will infiltrate the other fast food joints in the area. I won't...
Read morePlaced an order for two dine-in meals at lunch time, not very busy when I placed the order. Sat down at a table and then watched others sit down around me and get their food within 2 or 3 minutes, as is normal. After 10 minutes I went up to the counter and was completely ignored. I stood there for a few minutes looking at a tray sitting on the counter that appeared to be my order, and finally told a cashier I’d been forgotten and was brusquely told they were working as fast as they could. I said I understood that, but others sitting after me got their food immediately and I’d been waiting 15 minutes by this time. She ignored me and called for the next customer in line. A server picked up the order about that time, the same tray that had been sitting on the counter for quite a while. I told the server that, tested a cold fry, and told him I didn’t want cold food. He’d said he’d be right and walked away. Never came back so we ate a cold meal. Pretty crowded at this point so I didn’t want to bother the manager, but it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-Fil-A, with the...
