Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia

Came here the other day and it was great, the staff were awesome. I am trying to get all the scooby doo toys. They informed me, they only had 2 but would get a shipment the following day and would set some aside. I came back today and I got this older woman with long grey hair and as soon as I asked which Scooby doo toys were available she rudely told me “we ONLY have one!” Which I got and didn’t argue because she clearly didn’t want to help me at that point. Even though I knew they had gotten new ones in. Then I get my food, she asked if I needed ketchup I said “no thank you but could I have one ranch.” Because I do not use ketchup on my fries or burger I use ranch. And she was like “THAT WILL BE .29 CENTS!” It’s one ranch, it’s not that serious. I order a burger and fries. I’m not asking for 5 ranches. She was just so rude and off putting the entire time and made us feel unwelcome and like a bother for being here. We will be driving out of our way to other locations from now on. I even had other old food in the bottom of my fries (crusted cream cheese or cheese I am not sure) and this woman was so rude and disgusting towards us, we didn’t even feel like going up there to say something. So we just threw it out to avoid having to speak to her again. Not very good for business. Definitely a complete 180 from the kind and welcoming...

Ordered a double cheeseburger and the total came up to $4.08 . I pull up to the first window and I’m handed a card reader on a pole saying I will be asked about a tip. The atm reader was absolutely filthy. There was dead skin and I’m talking like very visible pieces of it, dust and dirt all over it. I told the black girl. “ this thing is filthy , why would we want to touch something this dirty before being handed our food?” She claimed that she wipes it down sometimes and can’t speak for other people. One look at that reader and you know it hasn’t been cleaned in ages I said it should be wiped down in between customers because anyone could have anything on their hands and with it being that dirty it’s gross. She replied “that’s why you’re supposed to make sure your hands are clean and pray over your food.” I said “ prayer is going to remove all that nasty off the atm that you’re handing to customers?“ she was visibly irritated and I don’t know why being called out would make someone agitated but whatever. As I was pulling away from the window she says “. We passed inspection!” I just pulled forward because I’m like what is she even trying to prove lol . Wipe that damn thing down. Asking for tips at Burger King is dirty work😂 getting mad at what’s being used to give tips being called dirty is...

To the right of the picture is the Barbeque Brisket Whopper Burger King is promoting. To the left of the picture is the Barbeque Brisket Whopper I received that was made. It's totally not the same. The burger in my hand hardly had any Brisket, was soggy from the large amount of ketchup and mayonnaise they poured to hide what ingredients they did not add. And the price which they charged id not worth paying. For the equal price or more, I could have paid for a gourmet burger at a Red Robin to take out, and it would taste better. WILL NOT order this again from Burger King. I keep forgetting. All is not what it seems to when you order from fast food restaurants when they are shooting your order fast out the window and the quality is missed. People were nice and professional, but the food quality is the reason it gets...
