Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Virginia

I've been there twice. On my first visit, I ordered nuggets and was extremely disappointed. The chicken nuggets were half the size of any other Chick-fil-A I had eaten at. If you like extra crunchy batter hanging off the edges then you will be happy because there was as much extra crunchy as there was chicken...not why i order the nuggets. Make sure they give you your sauce if that's part of your request because they didn't give me any. My second visit was yesterday (Saturday) morning. I was hoping to order from the breakfast menu. I went inside to order and noticed the menu board stated breakfast was served until 10:30 am. and since it was already 10:45 am. I ordered a chicken sandwich and some chicken strips. Wow...I was asked my name and told to wait by the condiment stand where I waited for almost 15 minutes before I got my food. While I was waiting, there were numerous employees that came out front either cleaning a table, filling condiments, or looking totally confused at looking busy or knowing what they should have been doing.

I understand it's a new restaurant and it may take time to get it right but that will only happen if the employees receive the right training.

I like Chick-fil-A and hope they get...

As always, fantastic. And I finally got to use my birthday reward! 3 years I've been using the Chick-a-flay (thats what my daughter called it when she was little and I refuse to call it anything else) app, and for the first time, I finally had the opportunity to redeem it. (Free) 12 grilled Nuggets were delicious, hot, and perfect for a cold day's lunch. Side salad was good, but it wasn't a loaded baked potato or something really bad for me, so it wasn't that tasty, but I do like the side salad. And the best part is they understand that easy ice means half as much, not 3 pieces less than usual, unlike so many other fast food places...looking at you Whataburger and Sonic... The drive thru line was really full, but mobile order pick up wasn't, so I switched to curbside on the app and got my food way sooner. I do enjoy the app, due to ease of navigation and customization options for each item far better than most other restaurants' apps. 9/10, only because my wife made me get a salad. Otherwise it would have been an 11. It may be their pleasure to serve, but it is always my pleasure...

If loving Chick-fil-A is wrong, I don’t wanna be waffle-right. I walked in feeling like a nugget & left feeling like a chicken tender soul. From the moment I was greeted with a smile so big it could rival the size of their waffle fries, I knew I was in for something special. The chicken🐔?? So crispy and juicy it’s like they’ve got a direct line to the heavens. I’m convinced they’ve discovered the secret sauce to happiness — and I’m not just talking about the one that comes in those cute little packets. And let's talk about that service! I was halfway through thinking “I need more sauce” when, like a mind-reading magician, an employee appeared with more dipping options than I could count. It’s like they train their staff at Hogwarts🧙🏻‍♀️ because their customer service is nothing short of magical. Also, the sweet tea? Oh, honey, it’s so sweet, I felt like I was sipping pure Southern charm through a straw. I swear I got more Southern hospitality in 5 minutes at Chick-fil-A than I’ve had at family reunions. This place is my soul food-mate. I’d marry a Chick-fil-A sandwich if...
