Ryan and another guy were too busy taking amongst themselves, mumbling words, and pointing at and talking about other employees to help the guests in line. I waited for one of them to help me, but instead, a young lady helped me. There is nothing professional about men cursing in front of my two young children. This is supposed to be a professional, family friendly place to eat. I have eaten here a handful of times, and I have always seen Ryan and the young ladies there. There is another guy, who must be a new hire. When I asked him his name, he and Ryan were too deep in conversation, being very rude, to notice I had asked. I found out later his name was Travis. Another guest had mentioned to me in line how rude and unprofessional Ryan is, and how they try to avoid coming to this location when he is working. I own a diner myself, and I would be ashamed to hire folks with this level of professionalism. These are the type of people to give guests a bad taste about my place of business causing them to not want to return. They also bring the morale of their fellow employees down, causing their performance to suffer. I will also be forwarding a letter to corporate due to previous experiences involving this Ryan character. I've overheard him bad mouthing other employees, and also discussing how "black people"can steal from there and get away with it. These types of conversations should never happen in the front of the restaurant, much less when guests are in line or seated and trying to enjoy their meals. I also came in for breakfast recently and saw Ryan doing nothing until an older gentleman, (whom I can only assume is management, or an owner)came around and that was when Ryan began putting on an Oscar worthy performance. I think the owners/managers should really reevaluate his position within this restaurant.
The young ladies working at this location are great! They are polite and professional. They've always got smiles and manners. I just wanted to give them some recognition, because I doubt they receive any compliments or recognition otherwise. Keep it...

Read moreThe staff was nice, however they made my kid's sandwich 2.5" long instead of the full 4".
The first staff member had mistakenly cut a full loaf in half (6"), then the staff member at the register informed them the kids sandwich is 1/3 of a loaf, then instructed the person to cut the 6" piece in half again, and proceeded to make the sandwich with that.
I tried to explain that the sandwich they were giving me was too small, to which their response was "we don't set the sizes or prices" and that the sandwich was the "correct size".
I get that it's a hassle to get another bread loaf from the warmer, but I also want the other two inches of the sandwich I just paid for. To be fair they gave him a free cookie, but still. The Chic Fil A Packet is for scale. When I got home I measured the sandwich - 2.5"
So I guess if you want a sandwich from this place, make sure they give you...
