This was our first time eating here, and we have mixed feelings. Our server was great, and he was attentive. On the menu, it states you have a 2 hour time frame to eat here, and if you order too much and waste food, they will charge you an extra fee. I get it. I dont like waste either. You have to order on a tablet, which is not a problem, but they sure don't bring the dishes in a timely manner. We had many gaps in time while waiting for our food. I finally asked our waiter about it, and he said other customers were having the same issue, so he placed an order on his tablet for us. We really enjoyed the hot pot, but next time, we would skip the BBQ. It just didn't wow us. All of the dumplings we ordered came out frozen, which was a disappointment. The prices are high, and if you have both the hot pot and bbq, it adds an additional $5 to everyone's cost. I will say he definitely tried to up sell us when we first arrived. Lunch is $20.99 + $5, or if you want access to all the menu items, you can pay the dinner prices of $30.99 + $5. I don't usually pay $25.99 for lunch, but we wanted to try both, but we definitely didn't want to pay the dinner price just to have...
Read moreI really hate giving bad reviews but sometimes its necessary. Every time I’ve come to this Starbucks they’ve been out of at least one thing I plan to order. Today I placed a mobile order as soon as I got off work and when I arrived (a few minutes later) I was told to wait longer next time between placing my order and coming through the drive thru. Firstly, what difference would it have made if I had ordered at the speaker verses on the app? They were out of the scone I had ordered and when I pulled up 2 people were talking to me through the speaker at the same time which made communicating this difficult. Once I arrived at the window I was told again that I should’ve waited longer and that this wasn’t chick fil a, yet all of my order was ready...
I’ve given this Starbucks multiple chances and it’s significantly closer to my house than the one on Williamson and Orange Ave., but at this point the extra drive isn’t as bad as rude employees and limited...
Read moreThis is my favorite Starbucks to go to. This isn't a "I'm never going here again!" or excessively dramatic. I am a regular here and I have always had a great experience, but unfortunately lately that has not been the case. My drink order is the same each time, a shaken espresso w/ slight modifications. The past few times I have stopped by (particularly late mornings/weekends) they have not been shaken therefore the espresso and syrups are not properly mixed. As a sbx barista and trainer for almost 3 years (with both Janice and Berg as my district managers), I totally understand that sometimes shifts are absolutely chaotic and stressful -- But also as a customer, it can definitely be slightly frustrating. My only suggestion is just be more mindful in the future and if you're unsure,...
