I suffer from spinal stenosis and fibromyalgia. On May 7, 2019, I thought I was having a good day, so I felt comfortable going grocery shopping on my own. I was almost done when sharp pain started in my lower back and down my leg. I immediately headed for the register. As I got to the line, my leg gave out and I began to fall. A customer came to my aid, and immediately behind her came an employee with a wastebasket that they turned upside down for me to sit on while another employee ran to get me a chair. Then they brought me a buggy. They then loaded my groceries onto the belt for me, and after everything was bagged and loaded into the cart, another employee accompanied me to my car and loaded all my groceries into my trunk for me. He kept asking if I was okay to drive and if he could get me anything, like a drink. I was so appreciative of the employees that took such great care of me. I wish I had gotten their names. I was in so much pain, I couldn't think to remember them all. But I am now a loyal customer of this particular store. There was nobody else in the store at all so I'm sure he was just upset that he had to go back inside to help a guest. This used to be the good Krogers now the guest appreciation is becoming just as bad as the towers Krogers. They need to train their employees to be gracious to guests and be happy that they have a job of any kind. I worked fast food and retail for more than 15 years of my life and if there is anything that has taught me it is to be very gracious to people that are willing to spend money at the business you work at and at least greet people that walk near you if you...
