I was pretty excited when this location opened. This location has such potential due to its location but the staff here is pretty incompetent. This location has the SLOWEST "assembly line" I have ever seen! The first time I went there was last week. I ordered online. It was supposed to be ready by 2:30 PM on that slow Wednesday afternoon... I got there at 2:42 PM, went up to the cashier, gave my name and HE JUST STARED AT MY BLANKLY. He said it wasn't ready yet. There were only two other people in the restaurant at the time. It was suggested that I GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE and have my order made since I was there already. The young man at the register saw the look of disappointment on my face and said 'never mind, they have the order slip, they will make it...' Ok.. So I begin to wait... After all that, I didn't leave out of the building with my order until 3:03 PM... Remember, this is for an order that was supposed to have been ready at 2:30 PM! I decided that this incident last week was just a fluke and I should give them another try. Last night, I place an order online, I go to pick it up 5 minutes after the pickup time... IT WASN'T READY... But at least they were in the process of making it... The young man at the register said they were rolling my burrito at that moment. So I go home with my order and take a bite out of it. There were fajitas in my burrito. I have an allergy to green peppers.. If I had ingested a sliver of green pepper, I would have ceased BREATHING. I was LIVID. I called this location to discuss the problem.. I spoke to a person named Michael, who says he is the manager... This manager then proceeds to tell me that I had to have requested green peppers on my burrito and there is no other way they could have ended up on there. I check my app to see what my order said. I DID NOT SELECT FAJITAS FOR MY ORDER... I tell him this and HE HANGS UP. I will never ever go back to this location. I still am in disbelief that this even happened. I have frequented the following Chipotle on several occassons. Most recently todays date 11 August 2022. And, the one truusm that resounds familiar is the less than cordial, prentious, and down right obnoxious attitudes of many of this locations employees.
Typically, I have visited this location for takeout. During the lunch hour rush it is generally full of patrons from Ft. Belvoir and surroundng areas. Generally I have found no issue with the food as a whole. However, I will state it would a pleasant change to actually receive a more generous portion of the requested meat selection versus a plethora of rice, lettuce, and other garishments in excess.
I typically spend no less than $40-$50 or more each time I've visted the following Chipotle location. However, based on today's interactions I will no longer patron a establishment where it's employees hurl contemptive expressions and disdain when a patron ask for basic condiments. And, might I add seemingly eye roll even asked politely. And, furthermore this type of atttitude has been routine each visit to the following location.
Ir is simply astounding given today's market climate that establsihments employees do not concede that regular patronage not only aids in paying their salary but, not only understanding so many other choices doors away.
Chipotle please do a better job as a whole. The issue here is not a language barrier Spanish is very commonly spoken by many of your patrons. So, when your employees mumble under theor breathe and amongst each other assuning what was spoken has gone unnoticed; It is a very poor resolve to do so.

Read moreI really did not want to leave a review for chipotle but they left me no choice but to. About a month ago, I placed 2 orders via app. My husband picked them up and we came home. Right when I was about to take the food out, I noticed that the receipt had someone else’s name on it. My husband had to go back to the restaurant and brought the right bag. My husband said he asked one of the staff members why he didnt check the name before handing it to him and the staff said that my name and that person’s name looked similar. Ummmmm..so Charlotte and Senny look “similar” I guess 🤔🤔🤔🤔. Whatever. Maybe they were busy 🤷♀️. So today, I wanted to try the new chicken that came out so I ordered via app and my husband picked them up (my hubbs checked the bag this time). Right when I was about to take a bite, I noticed this black piece of meat (I thought it was just a small peace of meat that was burnt). I really really wished it was a piece of burnt meat…but it wasn’t. It was some type of plastic. If it was burnt piece of meat, I should be able to break it but nope. It was hard. I am so disappointed. I lost my appetite. I get fed via GJ-tube and me craving for something rarely happens and I was craving for chipotle.
