This is my first review that I have ever written. My recent experiences with this Chipotle have led me to be enraged with the food and service here. I have been regularly going to this Chipotle for many years. However, recently my orders have been sub-par to say the best. My most recent 3 orders have been made wrong.
Instance number one was a few days ago when I ordered a quesadilla online. I ordered a chicken al pastor quesadilla with fajita veggies, chipotle-honey vinaigrette, sour cream, and white rice. The workers at this Chipotle completely disregarded my side of rice as they decided to not include it.
My second most recent occurrence was yesterday when I ordered yet another quesadilla. This time I ordered a steak quesadilla with fajita veggies, chipotle-honey vinaigrette, sour cream, and white rice. Not only did the workers forget my fajita veggies, but they also forgot my vinaigrette. I was left with a completely different quesadilla than the one that I ordered and was expecting.
My third instance was today. I ordered simple chips and guacamole. The workers here burned the chips and still thought it was okay to serve them to me. Normally, the chips are a tan color. The color of my chips today was brown and tasted burnt.
I do not understand how I am constantly being served the incorrect food. When I am paying the price for quality food, I expect to receive what I pay for. I hope you consider...
Read moreWent in to get lunch today and noticed they have a new item on the menu; pollo asado bowl, decided it sounds scrumptious so I ordered it, the guy behind the counter mumbled something underneath his mask, I barely realized he said anything until he just stood there giving me deer in headlights look, I then said “I’m sorry” because I didn’t hear what he said, apparently he asked me what kind of rice I wanted but it was still muffled so I’m guessing that’s what he asked, I told him I want it the way it comes all while pointing to the cilantro lime rice just in case he wasn’t able to hear me as I wasn’t able to hear him. He then mumbled something again and again I said “I’m sorry, I didn’t hear you” to which he replied “this your first time at Chipotle” I said “no I’ve been here” and he said “well you should know what you want” at the time I laughed on the inside because here I am thinking this young man has poor customer service skills, I wonder what the manager or owner would feel if they knew their employee said that to a customer. Now as I sit at my desk back from lunch I thinking about it and wonder if anyone who makes decisions there will somehow be alerted to how that employee spoke to the customer, hopefully someone will give that boy...
Read moreThis is my first negative online review. I came in to order a quesadilla. Waited in line for seven minutes. Finally get to place my order (a simple quesadilla) and am told the only way to get a quesadilla is to order online, even though I am standing right in front of them. So I make the order online, show them the email receipt, and then am told I have to wait in a different line being worked by one individual. It makes absolutely no sense why certain menu items have to be ordered online, when a customer is standing in-person at the store front and is in-person in line. I then had to wait another 19 minutes for the online order line (2 workers, and the female was super nice ) to make this one item, while the in-store food order line (5 workers) had no orders to process and just stood there, and said they couldn’t make my order. So in the end, I spent 30 minutes in a fast food store to place an order for and be handed one quesadilla. This doesn’t require a $250k Lean Six Sigma consultant to figure out the absurdity of this inefficiency. I ordered this same item last week at another location nearby with...
