Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Virginia

Went here on the 3/15/2021 and the drive thru line was practically in the road! I'm not sure if it was a manager or an reg. Employee but whomever the mid age lady was working drive thru chatted on with one of the customers for about 10mins AFTER handing them their food. My family and I eventually told her hey theirs a line can you please be considerate of others!? She got extremely loud and started cursing at us telling us to get out of her line and she wasn't serving us. We were no longer interested in food once she started yelling anyway. We did stay in line to RECORD her chatting AFTER we nicely told her the line was VERY long. To no regard she kept chatting and cursed us out. PLEASE hire better employees. She was VERY unprofessional and inconsiderate of other whom were waiting to place orders for food. The drive thru speaker must be broken as well I nor the others behind us were able to place orders through it. This isn't the 1st time I've visited and it wasn't the 1st time the employees were unprofessional.

On March 1, 2018 I walked 3 blocks from my residence to the Church's Chicken at 32nd & Jefferson Avenue. It was approximately by my watch 10:25 pm. The store sign indicated closing dining IN 10:30 pm and same for the drive-thru. I walked to the drive-thru to get behind a car and the server told me they were closed. I told her the sign read 10:30 pm and there were minutes left for me to place a order. She called for back up from her Supervisor, who walked up to the counter and said "we are closed'. This is a restaurant that I have frequented because I am a resident who is a loyal customer to eateries in my community. I would like the Supervisor or Manager of this location to be re-trained on professional courtesy that fully represents CHURCH's CHICKEN franchises. This was a highly unpleasant situation and I will NOT be giving this store my business (money) or my energy of walking 3 blocks from my residence. I am 65 years old going on 66 years old. Horrible customer service will argue you down even though they’re wrong. I ordered the $20 family feast. It was supposed to come with 10 piece legs and thighs, 5 biscuits, 2 sides, 5 jalapeños. I was then told that I couldn’t choose my own sides I had to get the sides pictured on the menu (mash and Cole slaw). Also the drive thru speaker did not work. I looked at the menu thoroughly and had my order together. I even went online because the location offers delivery and was able to choose any two sides I wanted. Only to be rudely told by a woman who I identified herself as the manager that I could not order any other sides except items pictured which were mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. I let her know it’d allowed me to do on the website and she insisted that her location doesn’t do it. I had no utensils in my bag and some pieces of chicken were very old and cold only a few fresh pieces at the top. I spent $27.99 and I feel very unsatisfied. Definitely...
