The place is very clean and packed into a very small footprint. 2 staff were taking orders, baking rolls, and topping/packaging rolls. Pretty tight space but they made it work. Ordering/paying then walking to the back to retrieve your order also requires you to pass through the inbound customer line to get out. That's a problem if you have a line of customers.

New franchise to us so the wife and I gave it a takeout try. One original and one maple roll. $9.49 with military discount. The cinnamon roll itself was marginal. The icing on both was excessive and very very sweet. We removed most of the icing and microwaved them for 25 seconds in the cardboard box. They were ok. This in no way compares to an original Cinnabon using Makara cinnamon but you have to go to Spotsy for that.

*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.

Common sense when it comes to baking is missing with this company. Having a bunch of kids in the store working for you while the manager is not consistently there making sure they are doing the job right is just asking for this location to fail. Anyone who has baked anything in their life knows you have to let then rest and cool down before adding toppings or it will just melt. Please get the kids out of there and higher more adults who can listen and follow directions so you don't have so many ppl complaining about missing topping wrong orders and poor products. I ordered my stuff online 945 today. It said it would be ready 1030. I went inside at 1030 and they said it will be another 5 minutes they are coming out. In my head I knew they were lying because to do it correctly, let them cool down and make them it would take at least another hour. This is the poor products I got back and paid 30 dollars for . No reason to complain cause the manager left out again before they brought my food to me. There was a guy waiting in there before me and they made his order 2 times cause they misplaced his order. When they brought the second one out they found the first one and gave that to him that was cold sitting on the counter rather than the new one again majority of your staff can be inexperienced kids. Ok. For starters they DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. My personal option this will hurt their business. Sometimes I do not like using my car for small purchases Lots of homes in the area. Age appropriate children can not come spend their money for a treat. If mom wants to shop or take care of other business older children cannot be sent for a treat And the ball girls across the street young adults may want to come over. All of which the store will miss out on these opportunities. Your missing out on a whole target group of income by not accepting CASH. the reason being for sanitation reasons. That’s what gloves are for. HELLO

Next not a lot of cinnamon flavor in the cinnamon bun, but it was tasty. They put what appears to be a scoop of ice cream on top, but it is the icing. I think they could get away with doing half of that and the bun would still be wonderful. There’s not a lot of seating in the place. I didn’t visit the restrooms so I can’t come in on those. It appears this would be a great place for the family to come after dinner to get a nice dessert but the seating is in adequate for that.
