My group of 20+ reserved the back room weeks in advance for our group's Holiday party. We arrived about 15 minutes early and discovered that they had another party which was booked for their extra room, and that their "back room" was actually their darts area. They said that there was some confusion in the booking and we were supposed to have the darts area... Except there was already a group of 20 in the area which THEY RESERVED FOR US. They assured us that the people who were in our space would be out of there by 7. At 7:20, the manager, Chris, told us that they would be gone in about an hour. We took another area which had been reserved for another group. Chris told us that he would "take care of something on the bill for the confusion". About 5 minutes later, Chris came back around with a round of egg nog shots for our group. Which we accepted. After half the group took the shots, the other half decided not to try them based on the expressions of disgust on the faces of those who drank them. They had a great selection of beers. The brisket sandwich was one of the worst I have ever had... even when I drowned it in sauce, it was still dry, yet greasy. The quesadillas were mediocre. The fried pickles were OK. The pretzel was REALLY good, but the dipping sauces it came with were not. The bathrooms were filthy, and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. The ONLY THINGS that kept this from getting a 1 star review were the pretzel and our server, Hollie, who really tried her best despite the fact that her boss wouldn't ask the people who didn't have a reservation to move. In the end, everyone in our group was disappointed in the overpriced, underwhelming food, and the management... who never did take care of us with anything "on our bill". Based on this whole experience, we probably won't be back. Which is too bad, because the place has potential, if only it was...
Read moreCraftworx Taproom is more than just a craft beer haven! I'm a huge fan of this place and their self-pour concept! You will have 70 beverage options to choose from through their self-pour taps and variety of great dishes to accompany those brews, cocktails, wines, kombucha or cold brews. They do have a traditional bar for shots and such as well, but you really won't need it with their awesome selection at the beverage wall.
Their food menu has gone through a lot of changes and is much better than it used to be when they first opened, so kudos to the venue for improving that! You won't be disappointed if you go with the breaded cauliflower, hummus and veggie platter or cheese curds. Yum! They got lots of vegetarian options which I'm a huge fan of!
Craftworx isn't just a place for craft beer enthusiasts and self-pour fans though, it's a versatile space that caters to a variety of tastes and needs. I have attended during multiple concerts and shows at Jiffy Lube (Craftworx is a great and free spot for parking by the way), they also have karaoke night and other activities several nights of the week.
Last but not least, CraftWorx is a great spot to work from during the day. It is pretty quiet, especially in the lounge area, so you can easily take your video calls and their internet is great. I needed to upload large folders with video footage and it took a few seconds, the internet speed is top-notch!
Cheers to Craftworx for crafting a unique and inclusive space that goes beyond the ordinary...
Read moreA hidden gem next to Jiffy Lube Live! Craftworx Taproom is hands down my go-to spot before and after any show. I love skipping the post-concert parking lot madness and park here instead, enjoy a drink, and breeze out when the traffic clears.
Theyâve got the ultimate beer "buffet" with self-pour taps powered by PourMyBeer (pour by the ounce) technology, offering a stellar lineup of local brews, hazy IPAs, lagers, stouts, sours, and just about every style you can think of!! Their cocktail and sangria taps are a fun bonus if youâre not in the mood for beer. They also have a great can options for roadies!đș
The food? Totally underrated. Crispy tater tots, loaded nachos, a giant soft pretzel that pairs beautifully with any pint, and a fast kitchen that gets the pre show rush. They use GoTab QR code system for ordering, so you just simply scan the QR code at your table and your food is going to be delivered real quick (for some shows they change it for window pick up, depending how busy they get, so just be aware you might need to look out for their text when your food is ready!).
Friendly service, super chill vibes, and even live jazz nights? Yes, please!!! And if youâve got a sweet tooth, donât skip the chocolate brownie with ice cream, delicious!
Whether youâre pregaming a show or just looking for a laid-back spot with great drinks and bites, Craftworx Taproom is a winner. Always excited...
