Ok. Place doest smell like urine anymore Awesome thanks management!!! 6/3/25 Dam came again and told sit anywhere by person at front...sat down booth with son and 81 year old dad and forced to move one booth over because it's some one else's section who's not here!!! And there was one other party seated in the who dining area. We were moved from booth 85 to booth 84 .. this is nonsense.
Mediocre service and food..
Some visits awesome service and food next bad service and overcooked and smaller food. Some prior visits youngrr Attentive server one minute next forgets our order and disappears to chat at front desk with other kids for 5 minutes while I wait to order and for wrong orders to be delivered ..
Sigh, so not the greatest service and food when you pay your only given options for 18% and up?? ....sigh upsetting n wrong especially with mediocre and bad service and food at times.
Kitchen can't get orders right foods over cooked and servers don't get orders right or disappear to chat and not take your order and have to repeatedly come and ask what your order was again and again!!! and then you only give options for 18% and up lol.
And some locations are in areas that charge you additional tax for eating out so at what point is it to much?
Anyway just dislike that the option doesn't even exist anymore for me to click 15%. When just trying to give a normal tip even when it's not deserved with the bad service and food.
I shouldn't have to calculate15% it it's just upsetting you get bad service and then you just want to tip an average tip and I have to calculate it myself. Because the only options I'm given are 18% and up. And most of the time does your location think they give a above average service? I don't think so and you know it!
Need to fix the tip thing for for 15% and other options. And if this is corporate this is corporate they need to fix it.
Not sure how all the price increases for things and then we're expected to tip more on top of the increases as well and then get bad service and bad food at the same time.... Yeah fill out a form at the bottom of the web site ...no just fix the problems

MANAGEMENT HELLO.... PLACE SMELLS LIKE URINE. YOU CANT MOP THE URINE SOAKED FLOOR THEN MOP THE FLOORS OF THE RESTAURANT. YOU ALL ARE NOW NOSE BLIND TO THE BAD SMELL. WOW NORMALLY JUST THE FRONT OF THE PLACE BUT TONIGHT WOW THE WHOLE FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT..... I HAVE CONSTANT ALLERGIES I DONT SMELL WELL THIS IS JUST WAY TO STRING AND NASTY. If you need separate buckets and mops do that. Why is it your place and not others? Your doing...

Went to pick it up and took it home, we ordered 20 traditional wings (4 sauce options) with large fries and a couple of other sides. Got home only to open the box to find 20 chicken nugget/boneless wings in place of our traditional wings which was an $18 difference in price. The sticker on the box said traditional wings they just didnāt put the right wings in the box. I drove back to BWW and told them what had happened. The young dark blonde teen at the take out counter said ā Okay, and ?ā So I had to explain that I would like to receive the correct meal I ordered and I was missing a side. He went to the back and let the kitchen staff know, he told me it would be 5 minutes wait for the wings. I stood waiting 25 min for the wings to come out, family hungry and the rest of our food obviously had gone cold in the take out bag so I asked if we could get fresh fries. The boy then said he would ask, he took my fries and then replaced them with a smaller portion box of fries. I said we paid for a large and he said āthis is a largeā and started giving attitude. I said the box I had at first was significantly bigger, could I just have them fill it the same way and add a couple more fries? He replied with ādo you want your other box back then?ā This shocked me. The fries are cold and stale and he told me I could either take what he was giving me or heād go get my original fries. I asked him if he was suggesting I take home cold food?? He said I could chose this or the old box and let him know. After waiting so long for my order to be fixed AFTER I drove all the way back and spent my time and gas to receive the correct food I paid for. I was looking for a manager on the floor to talk to about this and waited patiently for a staff member to guide me to a manager but one was not available. I then asked another staff members if I could have fresh fries that I waited so long and she said they didnāt have any and it would take 8 min before the next batch is ready.I went home upset and to top it off we received two sections of PLAIN wings when they were supposed to have sauce on all 4 options. I couldnāt believe it. I tried calling into the location but they were too busy on the line. I wrote into BWW customer service but it was just for the blazin rewards issues. This was an upsetting customer service experience from the boy at the counter. Had to reheat all our food when we got home and we didnāt even get to enjoy any of the sauce selections we asked for, just plain wings. What a...

Service was good at first, but quickly went down hill. The stars is only for their wings. We were sat down right away and ordered within reasonable time. The problem, the food took an unusually longer amount of time to come out, when it did, the carrot sticks (they charge extra for) on the side were not even fresh when they came to the table. I had taken our kids to freshen up before eating and came back to my wife informing me that our waitress had gotten a bit of an attitude after she had asked fresh carrot sticks and had brought us a second or third set. I immediately voided out our waitress as at this point she was no where to be found. The greeter, whom I was able to catch, showed her the condition of the carrot sticks and of course, said they didn't look good and went to the kitchen to have them replaced. The biggest problem, she brought back another set even WORSE, this had a spoiled carrot sitting in it and it was very clear as the orange from the carrot had already turned brown. I explained these will not do at all, another set was brought, a little more time was taken this time, still looked like they were pulled from the trash. The manager even walked by. Was there any interaction? It was clear there was an issue, no he just kept moving like nothing was happening. After we explained to just remove the carrots, no manager appears to at least apologize to our family for the inconveniences. I explained that we've never had bad service and even when we've been to other BWWs (mentioned the Stafford location). The waitress made it her point at this to go out of her way to tell me their ranking against the other location mentioned, theirs #2 to for those interested. I explained that no matter the ranking the food should always be fresh. Still waitress point was again we're #2. I explained it in another manner, that if your ranked this high, you have an even higher expectations and experience to hold and it still includes fresh foods. Not one apology or manager showed period. We ended up walking out angry and disappointed with this place for everything...
