I asked from the smallest bone in and she kept showing me large hams, after the 3rd no they slapped another on the counter, here $50 and change opens the foil but I'm so short I can't see anything but we have been buying your Hams for decades with no issues so I said ok, I also bought 3 large sides.
I get it home open it up for his dinner and this ham is burnt jerky. I do not have the energy to take that long scary ride back to return it but would gladly show you a photo. At this point I'm not sure we will ever return. Shame on the employee for even selling me that...

Expiring credits of 9 dollars per customer if not more is b.s. for a hundred twenty dollar ham. But hey, I got 9 more dollars of ham awards today I can't spend.
The website for the company explains that stores may not participate; however, this is not connected to the ordering process. If one of the three stores in this area would honor these rewards the company makes it difficult to decipher or redeem so this review is against this whole ordering process as fraudulent advertising or deceptive marketing.
Stores may be franchises or whatever but standards are made for a reason. This leads to a lack of quality in customer experience...

It is rare for me that they ever get a to go order correct. I ordered two sandwiches without tomatoes. Well, both sandwiches had tomatoes. I ordered a salad which I paid for, and got home, and there was no salad. I should have checked my order before I left, but always think they will get it right.
