We arrived at 8:45 ... closing time was 10 pm ... I told my husband to get a booth in the corner while I ordered... he came up and said all the back room is blocked off by chairs? So we sat elsewhere... I ordered a burger combo for us to split, as we were also getting ice cream... fries were good but the burger was cold and not done enough for me... my husband ate that... as time went on, more and more people came in assuming from church as it was a Sunday night... finally someone had to ask a person upfront what was the deal on the whole back of the restaurant being blocked off because there was nowhere to sit. ...she said they had mopped and blocked it off... they did move the chairs but they shouldn't have been there to begin with ... ....the floor wasn't wet when we got there... they were simply cleaning for closing over an hour ahead of time... we went to throw our trash away and all the trash bins had a tray taped over them assumably because they already dumped trash... we finally found one at the door to use... when we left it was still not official closing time and they had a ladder up set up in the register area doing some type of maintenance? We went out to the parking lot and they turned the signage off as I said at least 15 before close time ... My husband owns businesses and said he'd be very perturbed if this is how things were ran ... closing time is closing time... its different if noone is there but this wasn't...
Read moreTook my family and dogs to this dairy queen drive-thru, (I've been coming here since a child) to say dissatisfied is an understatement. When i went to pay the cashier would not say one word! Not one!!!! When i pointed out the 6 dollar sunday that we ordered didnt have the extra syrup wasnt add still no words. Didnt ask for my code that I made clear when ordering that i had, but again dude would have had to speak. When we got home to enjoy our frozen treat we started noticing other things.... like no spoon for a banana split we ordered, no dog bones in pup cup (not a big thing) then upon eating banana split there was NO BANANA in it!!!!! Like what! I called the store and was making a complaint and the supervisor on duty Alex told me to drive all the way back and he would issue refund but was very very unprofessional (sounded like young kid maybe) couldn't give me any help or reassurance that it would t happen again. Oh and to make matters worse i never got a receipt! I have loved this dairy queen my whole live but after this. I'm more likely to start going to a local...

I asked to scan my rewards, the girl literally grabbed my phone from my hand, instead of bringing the scanner to the window as they have before. We ordered medium Sundays, received smalls. When I told the girl she told me no, you didn't. We know we did. She shut the window pretty hard, said something with arms flaring to the other girls who were either rolling their eyes, or laughing. She returned with one medium, it almost fell to the ground the way she was giving it to me. Then shut the window. I waved for her to open the window, the response was " what" I said we also had pretzels and the ice cream was supposed to be chocolate. She just walked away. Another girl came up, said she was a manager, and she made the one ice cream right. The complete lack of customer service, and respect for anyone was clear! Please management, teach customer service! These girls obviously don't want to be there! We will not be going back to...
