I selected the curbside delivery. Pulled right up to the front of the store and through the window watched the employees goof around and not bring the order out. I waited several minutes. When it was obvious that they had no interest in doing their jobs, I walked in to pick up my delivery. My toppings were burned. Charcoaled. I will not be returning to this store. I'll try another local one and see if there Gen Z employees actually want to do their jobs they're paid for doing. Update: sadly Google won’t let me enter multiple bad reviews so I just have to add my bad experience to this previous review so yet again had an awful experience very rude staff. They questioned that I really didn’t even have an order they questioned if I was at the correct store. I had to repeat my order number the store number and prove my receipt to three different employees and after the two males, a female walks up from the back and starts to talk very disrespectful to me and I just show her my receipt on my phone and say this is the store. This is my payment method. This is my order number and then she has the audacity to tell me in a disrespectful way not to take a tone with her. Excuse me!!!! You lost my order you keep questioning me. I’ve had to talk to three staff members. All I did was show you the same evidence. I showed them. You’re the one who’s being a bleep who’s taking a tone with me and then she continues to talk disrespectfully to me, and then turns around after once again, telling me not to take a tone and start walking to the back of the store. Get your employees under control. Your pizza is not worth this type...
Read moreEven though it’s POINTLESS but still taking a moment to express and describe the interaction I had in this place recently this lady which apparently you will see the name all over the reviews below (Isabella ) who prepare my order and served me at the counter had an unethical and unprofessional attitude and body language which concern me a lot about her mental status and feel so sorry for her colleagues and family that has to put up with her all life long . She needs help and gov does offer help she needs to be checked in at a behavioral health facility that are gov funded will be glad to recommend some to her if it’s needed with no expectation in return . Dominos it’s a shame just a shame to have such as poor service and employee as lead in such nice neighborhood and not let it unsaid the poor quality of food is just topped my experience off . Place the order got at estimated pick up 20-30 which is fine got there on suggested time that is when she start prepping the pizza and told me will be another 20-25 minutes before it’s done with and ugly attitude uglier that she was lol . Then demanded some paper plates got a straight NO we don’t have it with no concern or apology . Asked if they run out it or don’t carry it anymore replied got replied don’t have it with more uglier attitude just a...
Read moreEarlier today, I called Domino’s to cash out on the emergency pizza deal. I wasn’t able to reach anybody on the phone so I went out later on this evening and decided to stop past the dominoes. When I stop passing the dominoes, I was aware of what the situation was. There was a young man working by himself. His name was Ed. He was taking all the orders, making all the pieces dealing with customers on the phone in and out of the store and having to manage that whole process by himself. At that time, I could no longer bring myself to father complaint against a young man because he was doing the very best that he could. I appreciated his effort and his customer service and his ability to actually make my pizza while I set my current waiting for it, although he was being bombarded with phone calls and other customers. Dominoes, you guys need to get it together. You cannot leave individuals in the store by themselves and expect them to be attended to everyone’s needs and handle all of the orders conversations complaints and issues that come along with being a manager Just to mention, he was only 18 years old… Good job and I appreciate your hard work if no one else tells you I’m gonna...
