I was really looking forward to my large NY-style pizza tonight and was excited when it arrived in under 40 minutes. The driver was friendly and polite, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
When I opened the box, I was immediately disappointed. The pizza was sparse—barely 4-5 pieces of sausage and even fewer peppers. Still, I figured I'd let that slide because at least it got here quickly.
But then came the real problem: I took a bite and pulled out a large piece of hair. Disgusting. What makes it worse is that this exact thing happened the last time I ordered from this Domino’s, which is why I had stopped ordering in the first place.
I called the store and spoke to a young woman who was very nice, but clearly not equipped to handle the situation. I asked to speak with a manager, and his response was a dismissive “I’m sorry.” When I told him I wouldn’t be ordering again, he replied, “That’s funny because no one else has complained.” Not exactly the professional response I expected. He claimed he issued a refund—time will tell if that actually happens.
In short, do yourself a favor and skip this location. Quick delivery and a polite driver can’t make up for poor quality and...
Read moreThe pros: consistently fast and always within the timeframe they provide when you order and they offer delivery the latest in forest and have fixed mess ups in 99% of cases painlessly and when made correctly, their pizzas are delicious. The cons: I order from them weekly sometimes a few times a week (mainly out of convenience and lack of other options) so some of these have happened more than once but not enough to say consistent but annoying and noteworthy nonetheless. they’ve overcooked it, not enough toppings when “normal” preference selected, delivery charge went up again (not including tip) and is getting ridiculous, they close the lobby doors 2 hrs before closing business so you’re forced to do delivery which costs an extra $10-ish once deliv. Charge, tip and tax is added which I think is BS; If the only option they are offering is delivery, I don’t agree that customers should pay the delivery charge. they should eat that since that’s their choice to lock their doors 2...
Read moreWe’ve enjoyed this location previously. But our most recent visit has made us order from other locations. I went in to purchase and pick up a pizza. Unfortunately, my card declined due to a technical error (gift card). The cashier spoke with her supervisor while I was trying to sort it out. The cashier made a scene of it in front of the other patrons (She looked at the card and said “I don’t know what to do with that”, which was humiliating. Before I could get a word in they cancelled the order, and promptly tossed the pizza in the bin and said “Have a nice evening”.
Went to another dominos (Wards Rd) and they were patient enough to manually put in the card,...
