Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Ordered stuffed cheesy bread with side of marinara sauce and an order of lava cake. Marinara sauce was missing, bread was cold, and lava cake preparation and presentation was sloppy. I contacted the store to report this issue and came across to a very unprofessional employee. When I mentioned it to him that lava cake I received was a deconstructed cake and he laughed and said “thats how lava cake is.” His laughter clearly indicated that he implied I am stupid for not knowing how lava cake should be. He also indicated “it is suppose to be syrupy inside and the condition I received my food is normal.” He took two chances to make me feel stupid. He offered me to refund me the money for my lava cake but at this point I am not really looking forward to any refund after this unprofessional behavior. GREAT customer service! Not to mention by the time I received my food, bread was almost iced cold and to confirm, i picked up the order within 15 seconds of leaving it at my door. The worst customer service I had ever experience. Since the order was completely wrong and it was not for me, I drove to the location to be served by “Dan Dan the Pizza Man”. I had kindly told him what happened and before even looking at any of the order history he told me I had the wrong location. I showed him the website where it said the store was the only location. He continued to call me stupid because I “didn’t order correctly”. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, no idea how that could be ordered incorrectly considering it’s been ordered multiple times. He expressed to me that he would make me a new one but that I would have to be back in 10 minutes or he would throw away the pizza. I came back and he told me he’s giving me gluten free crust (no big deal for me but he did it out of spite). He continues to say that I did everything wrong and that he never wanted to make me...

Ordered from this location many times and 3 of the last 5 times they've messed up the order. One time the manger said I would get a free pizza because they messed it so badly. Never happened. My kids like the pizza and boneless chicken so I figured I'd try them again. One pizza was very wrong. Ordered: ham, pepperoni, Italian sausage and green peppers. Received: ham, pepperoni, Italian sausage, tomatoes, olives, red peppers, and one piece of pineapple. I reported the issue through the app and the only options are to receive 20% off an order in the next 30 days, or get one free 2-topping pizza in the next 30 days. The pizza I ordered has more than 2 toppings. Their "make it right order offers" don't take into account delivery fees, taxes, or tips I paid either. Definitely done with this Domino's and will try a different pizza joint...
