Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

In all my many years of spending my hard earned money at fast food restaurants did I ever experience service so horrible as the service I received today. First of all we as people spend our hard earned money to get the best customer satisfaction possible that includes food as well as good customer service. That did not happen at all. It's understandable that unfortunate events happen such as power outages as well as other unfortunate events, but that give no one person the power to be as rude and disrespectful as the manager of this dominoes was. The front door of the store was slammed in my face when I came to receive pizza I paid for with my credit card. When I asked the manager her name she refused and said she didn't have to give it to me. I explained that I just paid my hard earned money and that she was being rude and what I was told was that if I didn't leave she was calling the police on me. I told her I was no criminal but a paying customer that has spent his hard earned money on food and received bad service. She still refused to give me her name which I came to believe is "Lauren." Her as well as any employees in the store did not want to give me a name, but I let her know that I had it all on camera and I was going to corporate about her poor service and disrespectful tone and sassy remarks. I will never order from this place again and I will advise my family and friends not to also. Two stars for rating, and that's only because I received my three boxes...

I see some reviews about dominos that I definitely agree with (their wings are pretty sad) but their pizza (especially the hand tossed crust) and their new bread twists..... ah-mazing. It’s the only pizza around here that my four year old will actually eat - probably because the crust tastes SO GOOD. I love the new breadtwists - like garlic knots with yummy flavoring on top. So good. I love that they are open so late because this is usually my go-to meal if my live shows on fb went too long and we hadn’t eaten dinner - everything else is usually closed for delivery and sometimes by that point I just don’t want to go out or cook. If you’ve never had their lava cakes........ that is a special treat I look forward too whenever I can splurge for it. As far as pricing goes, I know I could get two large pizzas delivered for around the same price as our order of two medium pizzas and bread twists and have it stretch longer than dinner and next day lunch if we ordered somewhere else, like Sams Pizza - but for the two of us, this has a bette taste so we go with this. When we have to feed more people... May have to switch to Sams due to the financial benefits of getting a bigger pizza for the money. It’s a quantity/quality thing based on money. I love the pizza tracker - it makes life easy :)...

Got there @12am Yes they are “closed” We made our order @11:20pm Our food wasn’t don’t till 12:05am but the lady at the cashier had the audacity to say “you’re cutting it real close. I was going to lock the door” Okay? And? When we pulled up to the store the guy was still getting our food out the oven and we didn’t even get all the ingredients we ordered on our pizza. Were we mad that the food wasn’t done till after 12am? Nope. We didn’t mind at all. What made us mad was the rude comments made by the older lady who works at the register who also had her headset in and was on the phone. But like I was said that’s not what made us mad we understand it was late but when we got there our food wasn’t even packaged but she has the audacity to make rude comments about us coming in to pick up @12am Then we get home and we are missing the bacon that was supposed to on the pizza. So you’re rude to us about being there “late” but the food isn’t even ready to take and it didn’t even have all the ingredients we paid for. Nice.

So if you guys want pizza do not even bother going here since they obviously don’t want you to go...
