Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I ordered online and had my pizza delivered right before 6. I noticed the pizza box was crushed and the brownie box was on top but didnt think much about it. Opened the box and half of the cheese was now stuck to the pizza box. I called the store and they apologized and said a new pizza would be delivered in about 30 minutes. Well...at 7:57 I called again and explained that the replacement pizza still hadn't been delivered. The gentleman I talked to said that it must be out for delivery because it wasnt in the store. He couldnt tell me why the pizza wasnt here but it should be soon. I called the store again at 9:15 because the pizza still hasn't been delivered!! I asked for a manager and the lady who answered the phone said she was one. I calmly explained the situation and she said she couldnt help me and I can call tomorrow. I told her no, this needs to be taken care of. She again told me that I can call tomorrow and get a replacement pizza. I told her I dont want a pizza being that it was suppose to be for dinner tonight and since I never got the replacement I would just like a refund. She said she cant help me and to call tomorrow and she will give her manager my message (but I didnt leave one and she never got any of my information) and then hung up on me!!! I have been more than understanding during this whole situation and I dont think it's too much to ask to get a refund when I waited 3 hours and still no...

They messed up our order and the store manager completely lied about having someone deliver the right one. We ordered 2 hand-tossed medium pizzas with 3 toppings each: 1st: sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms 2nd: pepperonis, bacon, tomatoes Both pizzas came: 1st with mushrooms, olives, onions. 2nd with onions and bell peppers So basically the toppings were so messed up they weren’t even closed to what we ordered. Plus the pizzas were so dry. We called the store and spoke politely to the manager. He said that they mixed our order up with someone else and “will deliver the right pizzas to you in 15 minutes”. His exact words. We waited. The pizzas NEVER CAME. This wasn’t the first time that this location messed up our orders, but this was the first time that we called. Since we spoke to the store manager, we thought he was going to be professional about it and actually fix the problem that they caused us, but it was, instead, just an absolutely terrible customer service experience and terrible pizza service. I will be warning families and friends about this dominos location and their horrible business. Don’t order from this Domino’s location ever. Their pizzas are horrible and dry. Their service is not worth it. Order from Pizza...

3/29/19 - they messed up my pizza again! I can tell because I ordered a mushroom white sauce, and there were several pieces of jalapenos and sausages on one side that they did not "pick out completely" when the guy messed up. Also i had 1 mushroom per slice, and my pizza was NOT cut!!!! WTH!!!???? , Tried the South point dominos, even worst, half the pizza is crust!! I called to speak with the manager an was placed on hold for 20 minutes, i finally hung up and called back to ask another staff to take my number and ask the manager to call me instead of putting me on hold for that long. No call backs. Hit or miss with this store. They mess up your orders quite often. I would say my order is wrong some how every other time. Last night my 3 large pizzas were all different thickness. I ordered all normal hand toss and one was extra awesome and thick, the second one was normal thickness like always with very tiny edge of a crust, which i don t mind, but the third was THIN like a THIN crust, i ate the whole thing by myself and was barely full. It was the strangest, i think the guy messed up using the wrong size dough. not cool. He argues with me that Dominoes is cutting down on dough...
