I had the displeasure of entering this establishment with my child about a week ago. I had a decently simple order, just a coffee and a few breakfast sandwiches. The sandwich I ordered for myself had cheese (when I asked for no cheese), and my husbands coffee tasted old and they put cream instead of skim. A younger African American male employee was heard (by both me and my child) cussing loudly from what I’d assume is the back of the store, the manager (who was helping make drinks) was being incredibly rude to her employee who helped take my order, which I did not like and would not like to know that I am spending my money at a place that treats workers in such a way. The only upside was the nice African American young lady, (who helped her coworker take my order correctly and then promptly re-made my husbands drink the right way and apologized for any wait) and the older African American lady, (who was incredibly sweet to my young child with me). Then as we pulled up to the window the girl doesn't greet us just says "Are you the one with the large order?", I'm like if four breakfast sandwiches are a large order then yes... The Manager on duty (red hair female) had absolutely zero customer service! She was so rude. Matter of fact she was mad we ordered, the purpose of a business is to bring in business. She was not friendly, and was obviously annoyed that I ordered breakfast for a family of four. Then forgot to give me our donuts.
We will not be returning for a few months as they obviously haven't worked the kinks out yet. The Franchise owner would be really disappointed in the managers behavior. Dunkin’ has advertised on their website and app that as long as you order through their app, scan your rewards through the app, or are signed up for perks you can receive a free coffee with ANY purchase. Naturally I ordered through and paid through the app to receive my free medium coffee. When I brought this to a worker’s attention n the drive through line. He got who I assume to be his manager who rudely told me I had to buy coffee to receive a free medium coffee. I showed her on the app that was not the case and she still wouldn’t budge. She kept denying this was true. Everyone acted ignorant to their own promotions. The coffee and food are made well here but they lack the intelligence of their promotions and brands. Customer service is non existent. God forbid you speak up for yourself...
