Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia

We just left this dunkin and when ordering I requested almond milk. The person taking our order said okay and hit a few buttons on the screen, I assumed he was putting almond milk on the coffee order. A few min pass and I looked at the receipt and saw he did not put almond milk, my boyfriend immediately went and verified with Aviso, the one who took our order one was going to be made with almond milk, he asked the girl to make at least one of the drinks with almond milk before she started making them. She then brought them around the corner and I asked which had almond milk and she said neither. She stated they were already made before we asked for almond milk. She was very unprofessional when it came to my food allergy. If you go to this store check check and check again that they have you down for almond milk before you close your check. I have a sensitivity to normal milk and will be sick if I drink the one she gave me, guess I'll give it to...

Again I regularly stop here because it's the most convenient place to stop on the way to work, with that being said I have experienced poor customer service, poorly made drinks that are watered down and lacking any add-ons I may select, anytime I have gotten donuts it seems that I have to bag them myself inconveniencing my morning further. Only a few of the workers have ever acknowledged me with more than just one word. Other than that it seems a few of them just have their face buried in their phone. Twice I have ordered ahead and it still seems that I have to wait on one individual drink., This isnt often but I shouldn't have to ask for my beverage when it should have been ready 15...

Their iced matcha latte tasted literally like fish for some reason?? and even after i confirmed with the cashier to not put cheese on one of the breakfast sandwiches, it still came with cheese. It effectively ruined my girlfriend's breakfast because she can't have dairy and her matcha tasted like literally fish.

I feel strange even writing this, but it's a bit concerning. I really hope my girlfriend doesn't get sick from the drink. The things I ordered for myself came out fine, I just think there should be some retraining of the staff maybe.

One of the customers ahead of me asked out loud if they were sure they got her order right and nobody responded to her...
