Very Rude. What is wrong with your drive-through I was there 8/24/2023 at 1.45 approximately. I was ordering 6 donuts and asked him twice what flavors else does he has - all I got was “what kind of donuts do I want?” He does not know how to tell the customer what kinds of donuts Dunkin has to offer? When I finished with ordering donuts, I moved on to my husband Large Caramel Coffee with Sugar and Cream. The person told me that they are out of caramel and I got that. I then ordered Late’ in stead and my husband always add the sugar and cream to his coffee. The receptionist then very rude and asked me if I want a Late or a Coffee. He educated me that said“I said we are out of Caramel, I didn’t say that we don’t have Caramel.” So what is the point for me at that moment?, I can’t get the Caramel anyway, so I ordered Late’ with Sugar and Cream. Then he went on with “we have ice coffee and we have ice Late’ Late’ is a Late’ and Coffee is a Coffee” Doesn’t he understand that I wanted Late’ with Sugar and Cream added - why did he add unnecessary education for me, treating me like an ignorant when my husband always get his Coffee there with Sugar and cream. I personally do espresso at home or go to Starbucks myself which sometimes I get Coffee at Donkin with my husband. But today I only was ordering for him. Very rude lecturing and not being able to understand what customer questions. So I left with “forget it” twice.
9/21/2023 The receptionist got one of the orders wrong. 1 ice coffee with Caramel sugar and cream. 1 ice Late, and a dozen of donuts. But it is funny that once I and my husband got to the window. The cashier reread the orders said “hot Late’” my husband then, without thinking he said yes to confirm the hot. My husband ended up apologizing for confirming at the window. This is why they do not give you what you've ordered and paid for. That's a scam and apparently they've been conning customers for several years.
Arrived around 9:40 am on Tuesday, 8/22/23. Inside had a very long que. Drive-thru looked better. Returned to my car. Waited 5 or 6 minutes to give my simple order.
1 medium iced coffee with cream 1 bacon-egg-cheese on a muffin 1 glazed donut
A male employee confirmed my order. He actually confirmed my sandwich twice. I said, "Yes." When he correctly repeated my order back to me.
Drove up, paid and left. Got to my meeting where I discovered the sandwich was incorrect (it was on a croissant) and the glazed donut was missing.
I called the phone number and left a polite message about my order. 2 days have passed and no one has had the courtesy or professionalism to return my call.
I've never had such a negative experience at a DD in my 35 years as a loyal customer. On the one hand, that's a positive. On the other hand, the fact that 2 errors were made in my small order and neither the owner nor a manager felt it was necessary to return my call - indicate serious issues at this Falls Church DD location.

I used to work part time around the corner and would visit them every weekend around 5:15am-5:30am. The store was closed on numerous occasions and one time the person on duty showed up at 5:30am to open the store.
I contacted corporate after this occurred too often. They got me in contact with the franchise owner who stated they'd speak to management to take care of this. Well, I left my part time job weeks ago and haven't been back that early. However, my wife went not long ago and when she pulled up, no one answered her at the drive through speaker so she pulled up to the window. When she got to the drive through window, she got the woman's attention and advised that the drive through should be open and the employee said she didn't have a headset. She looked bothered when my wife asked for her to take the order via the window.
Today I went to get something prior to starting work. Long and behold, they were closed. Not only was the drive through closed but so was the front door as someone was standing outside waiting to get in. And this was at 5:30am.
