I have always loved this place however the attention to detail and customer service has plummeted greatly.
After a long workday I placed an online to go order. Everything was tied tight so without breaking the bags open and having them rebag it to check it I was hoping surely reading an online order and doing quality check it would be right. I was sadly mistaken.
We were missing pretzel pub bites an item we always get. We were also missing the dipping sauce for the funnel fries.
I call them and was put on hold for 10 minutes before I personally hung up and called back. I asked to speak to the manager. He took the pub pretzel bites off the order. Nothing was done in regards to missing part of what goes w the funnel fries. I let him know I don’t live close and was passing them on the way home so planned the order. He said he had no good excuse for the long wait time for the phone and said sorry. I worked for a decade in the service industry and have never come across such lax customer service. I tipped on the to go order and while part of what was missing was removed nothing was even offered to possibly retain or keep my business. Even a 10% off your next order would have given me some kind of faith in this place still.
So here I am making sure I leave a detailed review and plan to spread the word to everyone on this lovely experience...
Read moreI used to love going here almost every day with my coworkers for lunch. Today I ordered mozzarella sticks and their buffalo chicken salad. After eating the mozzarella sticks I was full so I packed the salad up to go. No more than literally 2 minutes after I left the restaurant I called because I realized I had left my salad and needed to turn around at the Sheetz to go back and get it. They said they had already thrown it away. I went inside and tried to reason with them like okay the waitress asked me if I wanted a box because she saw my salad was full, they throw it away the second I walk out so I’m going to need a refund for the salad. The general manager LIED and said that whoever threw the salad away said it felt HALF EATEN and that they would reimburse me for either half of the salad or half of the cost. They can pull their cameras and see that it WAS NOT HALF EATEN. This is HORRRRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. To argue with a customer over $4.00 AND LIE ON THEM. I told the girl at the front desk to let her manager know that since they are LIARS I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY FCKN LIFE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Read moreThis used to be our favorite wing place in Lynchburg. It’s really gone downhill in the last year. When you pay $130-$150 for a carry out dinner you expect to get ALL of the items you ordered and for the food to be prepared the way you selected from the standard options they offer. Several times out take out orders has missing items like chips a celery.. but we overlooked it because the wings were delicious and cooked extra extra crispy. Both of our most recent orders were messed up. One was missing a basket of chips and 1/2 of the wings were in a separate tin and did not have any seasoning. We also requested the wings to be cooked extra extra crispy which we know they have a key on the register for this popular request. We can’t stand slimy soggy wings. The manager refunded part of our order so I decided to give them another try. So disappointed.. wings were very slimy and soggy when we ordered extra extra crispy and with didn’t get the celery.. I know this may sound petty but when you drop $130-$150 on wings and sides you expect your order to be correct.
