Love Starbucks first & foremost!
however this morning i went inside for mobile pick up didn’t see my order as i stood waiting 3 workers walked past didn’t greet or ask if i needed help an older lady walked up and she was instantly greeted and asked if she’s been helped meanwhile I’m still standing there obviously invisible 3 people greeted and asked the other customer whom was a white lady if she’d been helped but me black didn’t not one person speak or try to assist i waved my hand and the girls looked at me and kept working i found my drink in the bunch of mobile orders but not my sandwich so still standing there and still no one helped 😔 thanks Starbucks i was having a great day now my mind is in a 100 different places i wanted to make myself noticeable but i chose to save myself the trouble I’ll just never come back to this store & to the tall red hair girl May God Bless You!!!! Read moreTwo years ago this was my go to Starbucks in town. My wife and I moved out to forest and this is the closest store. I don’t know what it is, but the past several times I’ve been here they have consistently messed up my order. For example, I order a cold brew with cold foam and get a sweet cream cold brew without foam. I order a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and get regular milk instead. I ask them if they have the caramel apple spice cider in stock, they say yes, and proceed to give me an iced apple crisp macchiato. I feel bad that they always have to remake the drink. I know they’re busy, but I have to wonder if they’re just rushing through orders without actually listening to the customer. Messing up my order every now and then happens. Messing up my order every time I’ve gone there for the past two months is an issue. You gotta get it right at least once. Read moreHow the mighty have fallen. I worked for Starbucks for 4 years, and was a customer for much longer than that and was disheartened at how badly the staff is trained at this location. I went to this store to pick up a mobile order on 12/20, I was the only person in line in store. Stood there for 5 minutes trying to be polite and patient while the staff fulfilled drive-through orders. Not one staff member made eye contact, said hello, or made any gesture that acknowledged my existence in that time. I worked at Starbucks, I understand dealing with a drive-through rush, but at least take 3 seconds to be polite and courteous and let the customer know you will be with them in just a moment. When I was finally served to pick up my order the staff member was rude with an attitude despite my being very polite and patient. After all this I later got to my destination and my order was wrong.
