The food here is incredibly delicious! I've had the Veggie Sando, their regular seasoned fries and their giant pretzel. -The Veggie Sando is a vegetarian "sausage" on a hotdog bun with ketchup, mustard, onions and peppers. I'm not always in the mood for onions so sometimes I get it without the onions, however be aware that if you get it without onions they also leave off the peppers. Apparently they store the onions and peppers mixed together so you can either get both or neither. The vegan sausage is incredibly delicious and doesn't taste too close to actual meat. If you are a vegetarian like myself who doesn't like how meat tastes, you will probably find this "sausage" different enough from a real sausage to find enjoyable. -The regular French fries come seasoned. They are delicious. Very flavorful. Among the best fries I've had (and I'm somewhat of a fry connoisseur). Contrary to what their website says you can only get the fries in one size. It is a large size and good for sharing. -Their big soft pretzel is by far the best soft pretzel I've ever eaten. The bread is so fluffy and there is just the right amount of salt. The pretzel comes with a couple containers of things to dip the pretzel in. One is a delicious cheese sauce. I also enjoy dipping my fries in this sauce. And I didn't try the second sauce, but probably will on a future visit. The service is very good. The staff is very friendly and eager to answer questions and be of help. In my experience the food is usually prepared and ready in 5 to 10 minutes. Eugene's adjacent to Eavesdrop Brewery. So you get your food and then take it to the brewery to eat (or use the vast outdoor seating areas around the brewery). Eugene's itself does not have its own eating area. There is plenty of parking. There are a number of businesses that share a sizable parking lot.

(Sorry for the terrible pictures of the food- we were sitting under a red umbrella which ruined my pictures but oh well). First off, for some reason I thought this place had indoor seating but it does not- outdoor only. So be sure to come on a day when it isn't dreadfully hot like we did. First impressions were ehh.. We came right at opening and it appeared that we were the first order or maybe second for the day. We waited 30 minutes for our food. For a nicer dine-in restaurant I think that 30 minutes is fine, but as a self-described "fast-casual" joint that is unacceptable. It was 12pm on a Thursday so I can't imagine how long it would take when they're actually busy. I ordered the El Diablo because it was one of the few options that wasn't doused in cheese and was listed as spicy with several exclamation points!! This was not spicy at all to my Jamaican taste buds. The sausage was good and flavorful, but definitely not spicy. The toppings were too sweet for me, and I had to scrape off most of it. The amount of toppings was just too much too- about twice the volume of the sausage itself. The pretzel bun was good, but the bread to meat ratio was a little off for me. I only needed half of the bun. My sister got the Vegetable Sando, which she liked minus the awkward jalapeno that still had it's stem on top of her sandwich. We also got the house fries and cheese fries. The portions are absolutely gigantic. The house fries were good, but I did not try the cheese fries. Overall, cool spot and atmosphere but know that it is outdoor only. Food is tasty, but the portions are way too large. They need to be about 1/3 of the size they currently serve. Service also needs to be a little faster if this is to be fast-casual. I don't think I will be coming back here even though it was an overall good experience.

A little pricey, but wow what a shakeup from the usual rotation. These dogs are, simply put: unwieldy flavor bombs. Delicious, but again pricey for what they are, and there's no indoor dining area which is unfortunate (unsure where the bathroom is, and you're gonna need it to wash your hands). Apparently the outdoor area is dog friendly? Big plus. Lots of neat shops here, including the Eavesdrop brewery and the bottle store with a wide selection of niche beers -very cool if you're looking for something new. Right on 28 so when you're stuck in traffic (always) take a break and check this place out.

This review is really about the customer service. The meal was good however, we were very disappointed in the service provided. I placed an order online, mainly because I saw that they had a curbside option. With a sick toddler in tow coming back from the doctor’s, I thought, perfect, we can try this place which we had heard great things about. Upon arriving to their location at Eavesdrop I called to let them know I had arrived (per the instructions on my confirmation email) only to be told they don’t do curbside. I explained that I had a toddler who was asleep in the car after a doctor’s visit and if they could please make an exception, the girl on the phone said no, we can’t actually. Had curbside not been an option when I visited their website I would have never placed the order at that time. Additionally, the fact that curbside was actually in my confirmation email, and the email stated to just call upon arrival and they would bring the order out and the person still refused to bring it out was a lack of customer service...
