First time trying, i don't like the fast food pizza joints & i moved from Danville Virginia 1 month ago. The Franks pizzeria there is outstanding!! Plenty of fresh toppings that cover the pie, the best mushrooms I've ever had, good flavorful, quality mozzarella & cooked perfect everytime!! So I'm searching for a comparable Italian restaurant to give my buisness to & my brother suggests Frank's on Williamson rd. ilook it up, check out the menu & really pleased with the prices & offers!! Call & order a large Hawaiian then ask if ican get extra cheese as a topping, she says yes!!! I am again pleased & surprised!! Most all pizzerias will not allow xtra cheese to be considered one of the numbered toppings, it's a higher charge for cheese!! So i order a large 6 topping for $19 great deal along with the large Hawaiian for $18!!! Comes to $41 bucks!! Again very pleased, so far I'm thinking my search has been short all thats left is the taste test!!! We get tje pies home, open the Hawaiian & oooooo!!! It looks great!!! The color of the cheese the smell of the bacon & ham, terrific!!! Get a slice & turn to the pepperoni, mushroom,green pepper,black olives & xtra cheese!! Honestly big empty areas between mshrooms on the slices! So few pepperoni that i thought i forgot to order them!!! Very disappointed!!! Cheese thickness, questionable!! O.k. lets try it!!!! So we take a slice!!! The Hawaiian is terrific, cheese delicious, ham & bacon smoky flavor is present in every bite!!! 1 down, 1 to go! I try the regular 6 topping & honestly not bad!! I notice the lack of toppings, not sure if the cheese was doubled & not impressed with the sauce. As it cools the crust gets crispy & tastes a little burnt!!! Still overall the experience wss o.k. & the lax were not deal breakers!! I see others commented on the overcooked dough! All this can be fixed & i will give you my buisness for years to come hopefully!! I will be doubling my toppings by ordering the large 6 topping, getting 3 toppings & doubling them also asking for the pie to cooked a little less to ensure a softer crust!! This isn't mean't to insult but inspire!! You have a good base just build on it & use the customers input!!! Looking forward to...

Really disappointed by the service this time. I’ve ordered pickup from here a ton and it’s always been great, but this visit felt off from the start. The staff seemed oddly standoffish, and the younger woman working was a bit rude—passive aggressive at best. She didn’t act friendly or welcoming at any point, made a face at our orders, and would just kind of stare. The whole time we were dining in, it felt like our presence was an inconvenience.

It was especially strange because the other party there was treated very warmly—they were clearly on a first-name basis. I get that regulars exist, but you won’t get new regulars if you don’t make people feel welcome.

This was my first time eating in, and unfortunately, it’ll be my last. I won’t even be ordering pickup anymore. We were there for maybe an hour—didn’t overstay, didn’t make any modifications or complaints, and yet the vibe felt weirdly cold. We were sitting at the table still when the woman asked if we wanted to pay, second time we were asked and I explained we were waiting on a to-go order. She then checked the order window and said “oh it’s here” and just stared. No one had told us it was ready so how would we have known? Could of acted kind at least once..

I still left the largest tip option because of what I believe was the owner—a woman with black hair—who helped an elderly woman carry food to her car. That was genuinely kind and something she chose to do. So I don’t think this is a bad location in general, but the way I was treated did feel random and unfair. The most awkward part? I had just spent the first half hour raving about how great this place has always been. Then the energy completely shifted, and honestly, it just felt...

if I COULD GIVE THIS RESTAURANT A "ZERO" I WOULD!! I ordered a Italian Chef Salad and club sandwich on Sunday 03/10/19! Nice salad at the time. Being that I had weight loss surgery I don't eat all my food at one time. So I ate half of my sandwich that night and took the other half to work with me on Mon. Mon night when I got off work, I ate half of my salad. Tuesday(03/12/2019) I took the other half of my salad to work for lunch...when I took my lunch break to eat my salad...HUNGRY...ONLY TO FIND A LONG PIECE OF HAIR IN IT!!! I immediately called and spoke to the Mgr...she tells me she can't give me my money back, but I'll take your name and you'll have another salad with your next purchase!! My response to that was "I will not be ordering again and I won't be in town too much longer, I don't drive I use the shuttle bus to take me around. So then it was offered to be redelivered to my hotel!! So it was delivered and when I was preparing to sit down to eat, THE SALAD WAS MESSY!! It had ingredients in it that was not in the 1st salad!! The 1st salad was full and covered the entire container that it came in!! I called the mgr again and told her that I was not pleased at all!! And the salad was messy!! She was very nonchalant about it! She laughed and said " Why you didn't call Sun?" "And you ate half of the salad"! That half of the salad didn't have hair in it!!! This was the WORST EXPERIENCE! THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EATING FROM THIS PLACE!! I'm big on reviews and ratings! I like to check ratings and reviews before I eat at a place...hotels before I stay...etc!! This WILL NOT be a place I'll eat from again long as I'm in Roanoke VA!! I'm out of town almost 5hrs away on a job...
