It’s an average sushi place. It’s not my first place or time eating sushi. That is why I am saying it’s average. Waiter was awesome, she came again and again and again checking on us. And anything we asked for she rushed for it , she was amazing . Their service was a bit slower. They are a bit unorganized, they never brought soy sauce. Which should have been on table first thing especially when it’s all you can eat sushi. Asked couple times before they brought soy sauce. Average all you can eat sushi price everywhere is $20 here it was $24. Other than that it was just average sushi for me nothing too special. Disappointed about salad, garden salad with jus lettuce n sauce on top of it. Nothing else. Waited long time for food to arrive.

I have been here so many times, it is definitely my favorite sushi place I have been to! Their tiger roll is my favorite. I especially love being able to go through the drive-through when I don’t feel like eating out or when I am by myself. Service is always good, and I have been with groups of 5 or more people on a few occasions. It can be pretty busy on weekend evenings, but weekdays for lunch especially it is usually pretty empty. The rolls are pretty big compared to other places I have been, so if you’re thinking about all you can eat sushi, just be mindful! If you go through the drive-through, I recommend getting Miso soup, you receive a good bit and it’s good!

We have been a long time customer for many, many years at Sakura. Yesterday, will be our last time dining there! When we walked in we were the only customers for about 15 minutes. We had the sweetest waitress that very quickly seated us and took our drink order. She brought our drinks back and proceeded to take our food order. During this time, the manager, the one with the really high pitched voice, comes over and hovers behind the waitress as she is asking us what we would like. I look over to the manager and she looks angry and tells us the waitress is new. We said ok, that’s cool! As we are are telling our waitress what we would like and she is writing it down, this manager proceeds to very aggressively, hatefully and loudly, yell what we just ordered at this waitress as she was writing it down. It was absurd!!! It made us, the customer, incredibly uncomfortable. We then witnessed this manager follow this waitress to the computer to enter our order like a drill sergeant and do the same thing to her, hatefully yelling at her, while she entered our order. She then yelled at her hatefully while she made our soup and salad. The waitress brought our food over to us with a smile. Even the cooks in the back were leaning out the kitchen and kept looking over at us because they knew we could hear what was happening. We then noticed the waitress visibly upset step outside for a minute and then come back in. It was clear she was trying to hide her tears. She brought our food to us with a smile even through all that! She also serviced other tables that had come in with a smile as well. I was incredibly impressed with this young lady! I was also horrified witnessing the treatment the young waitress was receiving on her second day. She was doing a wonderful job with a smile and its clear this manager was committed to aggressively bullying this young lady. I made sure to tell the other manager that showed up about 30 minutes later how great that waitress was doing. I also noticed the hateful manager with the annoying high pitched voice left the sweet little waitress alone once the other manager showed up! I was appalled to see how the employees are apparently treated there and it was extremely uncomfortable trying to enjoy my meal this time. Sakura, you all always have up a “now hiring” sign. If this is the way you treat your employees, especially the ones that are wonderful and kind, it’s not a wonder you’re always hiring! We won’t be back and won’t be bringing anymore friends to dine with us there, like we have over the years! We will be sure to tell everyone we know about the horrendous treatment witnessed though!...

I decided to do the drive thru omw home. I asked what was in the house salad, I was told "just lettuce" , I asked, what is in the avocado salad? "Just lettuce and avocado". I really just wanted the ginger dressing that comes with the salad, so I ordered the "just lettuce" house salad. It cost $3.25 for a small container of iceburg lettuce, Yes, I could have bought a bag or head of lettuce for less than $2 but it was the convenience of the drive thru, plus it was raining. The complaint is not the lettuce, however, i do remember when there were shredded carrots included. I also, ordered one Sushi roll and two spring rolls. As I proceeded to the drive towards window it appeared to be blacked or tinted out. I thought i was in a movie were the sale of illegal goods were going to be exchanged. You could not see into the restaurant unless the window was open. Once it opened, I was able to put a face to the "Just Lettuce" and I was surprisingly amazed. I asked for extra dressing and was told it would be $1 for a 2oz cup, now come on, I do not have a problem with paying for something that is good but make it worth my dollar. The price wasnt the dressing it was the container. My advice to anyone who wants to try the Ginger dressing, Remember it is"just lettuce" and you would be better off buying your...

The sushi is good for what it is and the hibachi is sooooo delicious. The location is great for people who live in the county and do not want to drive allll the way to SW or even Bonsack for food sushi.

So if you’re writing a review on the service, but you still go there expecting the service to cater you hand and foot, take a step back, and pan out to see what a well-oiled machine this place is.

Imagine having thirty patrons for each server, food flying out of the window, and you have to run the food yourself while the rest of the staff takes care of an insane amount of take-out.

If you take yourself out of your mindset and put yourself in their shoes, then you’d realize why they are so agressive with ordering, and the food comes out so fast or too slow sometimes. They are keeping up with a dining room with no wait times and a kitchen that does not pace.

No frills. Don’t expect to be treated like a god, this place is hard working and Asian owned. Been there during dinner rush and the entire restaurant has two to three servers on a busy night with so many tables. Service is a hard job, and sometimes servers get overwhelmed.

We...
