Hardee’s — Restaurant in Virginia

So me and my fiancé are on a vacation with his family and we wanted to come here for breakfast. We get here and it’s my first time to ever try Hardee’s so we waited out of line for a little bit. The customers were nice in letting us step in and out of line. We get to the register and the cashier was very uninterested in taking our order. We ordered our food and we proceeded to find a table. Most of the tables were dirty and some just had people left belongings just sitting on them. A few minutes go by and we get our food. I got the candied bacon snack pack, hash rounds, and a chocolate milkshake since I’m not a fan of biscuits and that’s pretty much the whole menu except the breakfast burritos that look very unappetizing. My fiancé got the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit with hash rounds and a large fountain drink. When we got our food the drinks were taking a little longer and my fiancé went to ask about them and the manager was very rude in saying that “she’s still making them” in a not so friendly way. When we did get our drinks my milkshake was chunky. My candied bacon was not very candied and it tasted more like Jack Links Beef Jerky. My fiancé said that his bacon wasn’t fully cooked in his sandwich so he didn’t really enjoy it. Pretty much the only good thing about the food was the hash rounds. So I ordered 3 meals, 2 burger meals and 1 kids meal. One burger meal I ordered a large. The bun was so hard and dry my son couldn't even bite through it. He had to tear it off and throw it away. The burger on that sandwich was way over cooked, hard, and very dry. It had so much mayo on it that he used all 3 napkins we were given to wipe off the mayo. In the end, he could even eat half the sandwich and the it away. The other burger is ordered keto with the lettuce wrap and was in heaven. That burger was fresh, hot, well put together and yummy. I ate it all! The fries were fresh, and hot and actually had salt on them. The only think I didn't like was that they were all 1/2 pieces and the carton wasn't even full. Kids meal didn't even come in its own bag which is half the fun for a kid. I don't think he even got a toy. I never saw one anyway. Customer service was not that great. We asked for no mayo on the sandwich that had extra on it... strike one. I asked for a fork and wasn't given one... strike 2. Strike 3, the sub par food! The staff was not friendly at all either. Not my best visit. Can I also mention that most little kids don't like strong BBQ sauce or honey mustard. Who ever heard of no sweet and sour? Or at least the ketchup we asked for! They could have put that in the bag! So not the best experience this...

The team members asked several times to repeat my order in drive thru. I asked for a freshly cooked Frisco burger with no tomato buttered toasted bread and a 5 piece tender combo with spirit (freshly cooked.) I waited at the window for 15 minutes for my food I got the tender combo first. Then waited another 10 min for a Frisco burger that was pre cooked bread dried out no tomatoes. It was old not freshly cooked i know the difference. The crew including the manager stood at the window talking to one another while my food had already been bagged up sitting on side counter. I got home and looked at the Frisco burger and was immediately upset. I waited for food that wasn't even freshly cooked and they knew it. Because they stood there taking about it with the window slightly popped open. I wanted to complain but seeing as though the manager was one of the ones laughing and joking about it I did nothing. I am angry because I was blatenly disrespected and I had to pay for Hardee's employees to play with my food and have time to laugh and joke about it. My visit was on July 25 2021 evening.
