I came through the Drive with my family. I ordered a number ten, I wanted a three piece big box meal. Unfortunately I did not recieve a number ten. I got a number 11. I went home, ate my food with my family. I live 15minutes away. I came back to talk with the manager and tell her that they rang up my food wrong. She gave me atitude. She told me that I was wrong and that I came inside and she remebers me.( I went through the drive thru.) All I wanted was to talk with her about the issue. I even gave some of the food back, because I didnt want tenders, I wanted the three piece meal. I never asked for any food. I simply wanted to talk to her about the mistake that happened. She called me a lier and made a big deal out of me talking with her, and gave me extremely uncomfortable mean looks. She rolled her eyes at me. Then she went and gave me a two piece chicken that I never asked for. She threw it at me and told me to never come back. This was a KFC I frequented and never had any problems before. Usually a guy named charles is there and he always gets our order correct. I have never had such a terrible experience with a manager before. While verifying their policy and signs that state "NO PUBLIC RESTROOM" My Mother is told she can not use the restroom she is not a customer. SIMPLE FIX=MA'AM YOU JUST NEED TO PURCHASE SOMETHING that make you a customer and increases sells for the store. We purchased a soda $3; would have to wait 3 minutes for and order of fries, we declined. MEANWHILE random person, comes in uses restroom and leaves.
The Manager did not try to rectify the problem, got disgruntled took her hat off to hide her name tag and would not give me a card her name or store number. Not saying something did not feel right, there is no telling how many countless other people this happened to. This is one exit I will never get off at, again. I was hungry so i tried to ignore it becuz it was hot outside and i was tired from work. But the texture and the smell was too much so i tried calling no one answered so i got back in the car and took it to the restaurant so they can see for themselves. Instead of agreeing that the product was bad they talked down to me and and said she can try to replace one box but the second box i started eating from even tho it was only part of one chicken she wasnt gonna replace then gave me back the box with the bad food and said i can keep that.
