La Carreta — Restaurant in Virginia

Ordered from this location tonight (6-5-2025) for the first time and it will definitely be the last.

I got the street taco with carnitas and when it arrived at my house, i opened it up and instead of cilantro and diced onion, there was just one huge piece of onion. The pork inside was so dry i could not chew it AT ALL. It was hard as a rock and seemed like it was scraps that stuck to the bottom of the pan that had been sitting all day. I took the onion off of it and gave it to my dog. She wouldnt eat it.

I dont know whats up with this location tonight but that was literally the worst taco i have ever had in my life and whoever made it KNOWS it was not something that shouldve been served but he or she simply gave zero cares about it and sent it out anyway. LAZY.

They gave me these disgusting rainbow chips, I asked for normal chips because I'm allergic to artifical food dyes. I asked for normal chips and was told they didn't have any. I then get up to use the restroom and every single other customer has normal chips. I asked for the manager who lied and said they only had rainbow chips, while staring at the bag of regular, non died chips. And then said he didn't care about peoples food allergies. Will not be returning

I like most La Carreta restaurants. This one is more smaller. Every time I go to this one service is fast. But this time I felt like I was at home with family. My father is using a walker because of a broken hip. And they let me park in there parking place for pick up. I thought that was nice of them to let me stay there.
